Latin America is underrated. Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico all have very nice areas that are worth visiting and desirable to live in.
Congrats!, nice job,but Santiago right now in winter time shows a very attractive and different side, all mountains are covered by snow,and the landscape is really awesome

I wished I could've made it to Santiago, but because of time I could only get to Iquique. Had I gone, I'd make it worth my while to visit San Cristobal and go to Rancagua.
