Much better Superman figure than any of the DC Multiverse Supermen I've seen.
Dc Mul Supes has the best head sculpt.

Wish we could get this Supes in singles... I really like it.. Pound for pound, comic book Supes out there (looks and articulation combined)... If NECA can get a better plastic or at least reinforce the ones that they're using right now, they will be unbeatable... Breakage has always been an issue with NECA....

I want to like Neca but their QC issues are rampant. I dont recall any of my neca figs being good to go out of the box. Great Company, good figures, half assed qaulity control.
I know neca figures have issues but mine have always been fine I guess I’m lucky

You’re doing great Anthony and I think this is the probably the best superman figure
I've had the same problem with the misallignment between the waist and lower torso with my David (Prometheus) figure which was also made by Neca hopefully they fix those nagging anatomy issues in the future along with the non molded half of the hair they usually place on the front half of their figures scalp it looks neater when the hair is completley molded with detail the Niander Wallace figure Neca did in 2017 is a great example of this, once those issues are fixed Neca will be the superior choice for people when they want to buy high end quality figures at affordable prices.
I bought this just for Superman. The issues I had in mine were the real stiff joints. As for a nip pick I would like the cape to have bendy wire in it

Thanks for pointing out the leg bone ratio... it drives me absolutely insane.
Holy crap. When the toy companies themselves need to constantly resort to posing their figures' knees -- in their own publicity shots -- by keeping the knees flush with the thighs and only bending the joints at the lower legs, just so you can keep some semblance of correct proportions.... come on.

That alien emulates the look of some of the comic art with that purple really well. Liking it a lot as a big dark horse alien fan
My both biceps are inward. But unfortunately, the left leg is shorter than the other one. I tend to get figures like that and it is frustrating.
I like the Superman though I’d prefer a larger S emblems on his chest and cape
After seeing these I have to wonder how the Mcfarlane DC figures will turn out.

I talked about the biceps specifically.
In the comic we see eggs, facehuggers, chestbursters and nothing, the xenomorph does not have a single accessory.

Yeah dude the musculature on sups for this one is legues better than most of matels garbage but I did see the whole torso/chest area was a little wonky. I think maybe if they shortened the length of his abdomen that might make it look a little more normal. Nevertheless thanks for actually reviewing figures and taking time to look at the small details. That's a super great thing that I definitely appreciate

I wanna say the Xenomorph is a kitbash that uses the AvP Xeno from the thighs up and the lower legs of the Isolation Xeno.
Antony in the torso area. The abs crunch The gap in my Superman is pretty significant. How do I fix that gap. Your has a gap but mine is huge. I’m asking bc you know about figures. Should I warm the figure and try to push the upper torso down So the gap can close?
The Xenomorph is a LOT more interesting than the superman figure

Is it that easy?Just some super glue should work? It looks like the cape has a couple holes in it and wrapped around a little peg but to difficult to do that again. Don’t have the knowledge and don’t wanna break it

You're suppose to heat the joints on Neca if you actually have ever bought any. The figure is awesome.

@@AnthonysCustoms , They are always stiff out if the packages. They need to be either dipped in boiling water or heated with a hair dryer to losen the joints on them. NECA only problem but one they have had forever.

I'm not going to talk about the Alien but the Superman, I could like that action figure enough to buy the two pack and get a new/old Alien figure but I think two rights don't justify one wrong and there's more then one wrong with this Superman's anatomy, painting and articulation not to mention the QC. It's full of mistakes, I almost can't see the good things when my attention focus on the bad ones, I think it promised a lot aesthetically but end up not delivering it. It's like Anthony said, probably most ppl wont notice the anatomy mistakes but I just can't ignore them. To me Neca seems to compete with Hasbro in more then one field, being that they do a lot of stupid mistakes and I can't avoid comparing them. I'm at that point when the reused parts or molds don't even bother me, the buy one you already have to get a new one still gets to me, but the stupid mistakes and QC on top of all that really disappoint me a lot. Thank you for the review Anthony.

ok, I need the batman to replace what the actual that hell fat pinhead by mcfarlane was. now neca needs a wonder woman, hopefully cus she would have actual muscle and a female body. why do companies try to make females look so much like teenage girls before hitting puberty that they re use those bodies for teenagers. it's so freaking weird it's like they don't want to sculpt women like women

Compare this to the garbage McFarlane is doing. Why didn't DC just give these guys the licence?
The superman figure's sculpt and paint details are obviously great. But this classic design has been done to death for decades, in both figure and statue forms, at arguably equal if not better levels of accuracy, and at a relatively cheaper price.
Despite it being a great figure, I'll give it a pass. It is highly redundant and unnecessary.
