Dish Recommendation Hi Tibor. I've been following your channel for a while and I really like your work. I noticed that you usually make dishes from different countries and I would like to recommend a traditional dish from my country, Brazil. It is called PF in Brazil, which means Prato Feito (Made dish). It's basically the traditional lunch or dinner in my country, which we eat almost every day. This dish, besides being very simple, is very nutritious and known for satisfying hunger and giving you the energy you need for the day. It is composed of: -[Carbohydrate] The base is rice and beans. They are placed together on the plate. Rice on top of beans, beans on top of rice or next to each other. -[Protein] It is accompanied by meat, usually a chicken fillet, beef or pork. Along with the meat, a fried egg is usually also added. -[Additional] In addition to rice, beans and meat, it is also accompanied by fries and salad. The salad usually being lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber. Because it has ingredients that I often see in your videos, I believe it would be something easy for you to make or adapt as needed and that could please the taste of your customers. Here I leave a photo so you can see what the dish looks like.
