      @@pranshiagrawal261 Their account has been frozen by RERA plus the build quality is poor. Search for videos when it was launched for much lower prices. Last year there was a lot of hue and cry by families staying there. Think twice before investing your hard earned money.GPL is far better but all are trying to make quick bucks for the amount it's being offered, I would say don't rush before making any decisions

      We visited this property a year back and were told the Club will be ready in 3 months , plus there is ongoing construction for years , there are cases of seepage.hence it's not worth it,those pronises are still not honoured,There was also a case pending against builders,pls take feedback from residents who are staying there. It was being sold for less than 1.5 cr ,just because there is a bubble in the property market ,spend your money wisely
