Very good flat in dwarka prime location. But nearby area is not good. 1.2cr is little overpriced but 1cr is value for money. 👍.. good for those who want to live in delhi for work purpose. I would invest in dwarka expressway if i have 1cr capital.

2 bhk (1425sqft) was recently sold for 1.75cr, that makes it 12280/sqft rate. By this rate 1076 sqft 1 bhk should be at least 1.32cr. There is always one rate of PER SQ FT. in a society.
