Love love love this video. It may be an old video but it is a lifesaver!! I couldn’t get my print then cut to not cut out my image or text. It was amazing the simple steps you used to flatten. It worked!! I can now make the Thank You cards for my daughters bridal shower. I am so thankful for your incredible tutorial. Thank you!!!!
Great tutorial Patty Anne. I love how you changed the text from being cut out to black text. I would never have thought of that! I have also found that if I leave the "frame" of the card that I cut out of cardstock on the mat, I can then place the card back in the "frame" after flipping it over and have it print in the right place!
Really good video you show a lot of tricks that I can’t seem to get an answer of one print and cut is actually going to cut around each individual letter or around the whole piece. Thank you for the great video.
Excellent start to finish tutorial! Super creative way to achieve a machine drawn sentiment on a machine printed card. Thank you. Patti Ann you do outstanding, well organized, and well illustrated tutorial to achieve wonderful results. Awesome 👏. Wishing you a super week. Hugs Susan
Thank you!! This is very helpful since I just received my foil quill pen and now understand how to foil on both the inside and outside of my card. I'm sure others will appreciate this as well.
Love this tutorial. I have learned so much from you. I did not understand the black marker lines that you drew on your mat? Why couldn't you just put the paper down as usual. Thanks.
if I up load my own PNG picture for print and cut how do I write text onto that picture. would filling in the cut with black like you did be the samething ?
What scoring tool did you use? Do you use in the writing side if machine or are you using maker? Thank you for taking time to teach us fun ways to use or Cricut machines❤️
Hi. Barb! I used the scoring tool that is shaped like a pencil and usually comes in a set with the weeding tool. I used the writing function of my Explore Air 2. Thanks for your kind words!! I love helping!💕
No it’s not a wheel (because my machine is an Explore Air). I used the pen shaped scoring tool. I’m sorry but I don’t know about the Maker because I don’t have that model.
I have followed your steps to the letter but it still won't print. I have to say this is a horrible machine. Your tutorial is great however, but the machine is not!!!!!

Hmmmmm I haven't tried just leaving the frame there!! I will though!!!
I've been wondering why nobody made a two sided card. Thanks for sharing.

You're a great teacher! You go slow enough for me to understand, but not too slow that I don't get bored! Thank you!
Awesome, thank you!
Patty Anne you are absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so so much for such thorough tutorials! Cricut really should sponsor you as a series!!
Thanks Cathy! I just wish they would allow me to add an additional 10% off coupon like they do the bigger channels.
Perhaps your followers can recommend....I mean it’s kinda a no brainer and they’d be lucky to have ya!

How would I print and cut and write with cricut pens on the same side I printed a image on

Would you be able to show how to print double sided business cards? I’m having such trouble!
I've never done that.
I’ve read the comments. You put a pen in and the pen wrote the love ya baby?
Yes I did, Janie!💕
So the scoring wheel goes in the pen slot?
No it’s not a wheel (because my machine is an Explore Air). I used the pen shaped scoring tool. I’m sorry but I don’t know about the Maker because I don’t have that model.
@@PattyAnnesPlace I have an explore air 2 so that does answer my question, thank you.
Why doesn’t the cricut put the text in the right place without putting new lines on the mat?
I'm not sure.
It is obligatory to sip coffee before every tutorial?
For me, yes. Thankfully I don’t spend the first few minutes putting on my stamping lips a.k.a. crafting lipstick like another person does LOL
@@PattyAnnesPlacesounds like a bit of crafting rivalry, sip away my lovely lol
