Worth it and just like the people aboove me pointed out, the moment you see an Ifrit Lane, you know you can cheese the living hell out of that stage's map 😂😂.

The youtube algorithm recommended me your channel and your content has quickly became a favorite. The meme sketches you do giggling the characters is genuinely hilarious. Vids are very informative too.
The day I got Ifrit on recruitment was one I celebrated I immediately saw her potential, but more than that, I saw a source of pure, glorious, awesome burnination. She has not disappointed since. (Unlike Skyfire, who I had high hopes for when I was new to the game)
Weird enough when i got Eyja i ditched out Lava alter and kept Skyfire Thats because i often times use an Ash support unit and Blitz (they deal moar dmg against stunned bozos) yes it may be just a brief 0.5 seconds but it sounds like a synergy to me so it sounds good enough to me
3:00 I will respectfully disagree about the DP potentials mattering for ifrit. - "since she has a high DP cost, DP reduction is amazing on her" I would argue that the opposite is true; the higher the DP cost, the less DP reduction matters. for 34 cost ifrit, -2DP cost means a ~6% reduction in DP, while the same -2DP for someone like Elysium means a 20% reduction in DP. Also, she's a unit that doesn't depend on the DP reduction. Units that actually depend on DP reductions are vanguard /early game holders, helidrop units, and fast-redeploys, and ifrit isn't one of them. Vanguards/early game holders depend on DP reductions so that they can respond to early game pressure and pave the way for later units to come in. Helidrop units (IE. surtr) and fast redeploys are expected to do their job and be retreated once they are done, leading to a playstyle where they are constantly being deployed and retreated. However, retreating increases their DP cost by 50% of their initial DP, so they need DP reductions to avoid having their DP consumption spiral out of control. Ifrit doesn't really fit either of those camps; she's not going to be your early game DPS, and you are unlikely to retreat and redeploy her many times in the same game.
i like how we diss on Rosmontis for not hitting drones while Ifrit out here living the best of her life knowing that we created a Tile Type specifically for her use and hers only

I already am an Ifrit-enjoyer. She was one of the first 5 six star operators on my account, it is a just a tad bit hard to bring her to every map possible and use her effectively but she sure deals great damage when she can make the best use of her range.
I got Ifrit on Blemishine's banner but just got the chance to raise her to E2 around 2 weeks ago and M3 her second skill 5 days ago, so I proudly put her on my support unit. She's absolutely strong and so far I have no regrets raising her
tldr: unlimited fire works but jokes aside, i hope to get ifrit someday, she looks quite fun and strong, even if not the most broken operator out there Also those videos are amazing, i specially love the start, and putting a sad face near the lose hp demerit is too perfect & funny 10/10!

Ifrit was a staple on my team, and she carried me from the very beginning all the way to chapter 7 because she was the only aoe damaging caster I've built. But then I don't use her that much anymore after I got Ejya, Surtr and Dusk.
Very nice analysis! I think a lot of people don't think it's worth deploying Ifrit unless they can use her full range. Your explanations of her skills makes it clear that she can provide tons of value even if she only covers one tile. I'm still sad we'll never get her KFC skin on global...

Well ifrit is definetlly the highet aoe damage outputer, on top of that on alot of maps she is beyond broken. Basically if u use an aoe caster and its not ifrit then what the hell are you doing with your life. (If u have her ofc)

every time theres a straight line i just put ifrit and stack defender and healing defender. truly such a lazybrain movementwhich allow me to focus on other lane.
Just pulled her off a banner 9th pull of 10. She debuffs arts and has aoe dps. This is a kill zone maker. Aoe slow, aoe slow, ethan bind, block with aoe guard or turtle guards, nothing will survive that inferno. This is a -33% some bs debuff to their arts resis. Harmonie. Ho ol levitate. Aoe arts dmg. The bosses are dead. The elites are roasted. The small units are cinder.
I was like "wow -27% res shred? So cool" then I looked at her E2 upgrades... Farming to lvl her up instantly became my focus to where to spend my sanity.
1 block tile + defender is enough for ifrit - pro doctah yes people forget she is AOE CASTER in 1 block tile is enogh because every one still get BURN.
About her high dmg, bro, combine all the Orange Girls into a megazoid and everything just melts into a pitiful goop. Orange Girls: Ifrit (deployed and within her range) Eyjafyalla (w/ module she doesn't even need to be deployed, just brought) Saria (S3) Surtr This combo is so nasty and their color schemes match so exactly that it must have been intentional on HG's part.
As a person who love weird ranges and most of my main squad is made up of them I do not associate with you plebeians. (okay but seriously I recommend trying them it is so fun playing around with there ranges and thinking where the optimal spots are though that might be just me)
All RES debuffs stack unless stated otherwise but it's multiplicative iirc EDIT: Saria S3 is an arts damage amplification skill and not a RES debuff iirc
Suzuran: Fragile debuff that amplify ALL damage taken by the enemy during the slow duration (which includes the true damage from fire pump CC), does not stack up with another fragile debuff. Saria S3: Arts damage amplifier that's not Fragile debuff, therefore stacks with Fragile. Ifrit Talent: -40 Res enemy on her range. Unit talent is unique modifier. Surtr: Ignore 20 enemy Res. Practically ifrit talent but for herself. Unique modifier. TLDR: Suzuran, Saria, Ifrit s3 and Surtr will make enemy go Roast in Peace.
Is the difference between arts resistance shred and arts resistance debuff just the order they are applied in ? Or is it just that shred is a flat number and debuffs are a % of the target's res ?

You can't just smol brain deploy her, press a single button and ouga bouga delete the entire map

I recently got a pot 2 Ifrit rolling for Sutur (I spent 200 and didnt hit tragic I know). Will consider using her now.
