That's exactly what I've said about Speed Demon. Ken Duttweiler even said that his big engines are spinning the tires at 400+ mph. 4Wd beats 2WD in poor traction conditions every time & jets, that don't rely on traction will always be the fastest!
That's why they call it racing not winning . Good luck I live 100 miles from there I drove by friday heading to salt Lake seen all the cars wish I would have stopped

Just goes to show, doesn't matter how much power you have, in land speed racing putting the power down is always the struggle.
