This video was probably the best one ever. So I'm a gear head, and with Cars and home audio video equipment. For many years I have spent more time washing my car, waxing etc, changing cables and gear and tweaking the system with the home audio video gear , and with the pedalboard, Dude I have over the years went from pedals to a Multi effects unit, then back to pedals over and over then got a pedal switcher when they came out , then added multi effects pedals mixed with other pedals and it never ends. I spend more time thinking about all of that then actually playing guitar . I really need to spend more time practicing then messing with the gear. I definitely have issues. Dude I gotta tell you, I really enjoy all of your videos, your pedals and opinions on basically everything, Nice job man. Anyway I get it , We all buy pedals bigger pedalboards etc and I have been thinking about this for a long time. I want to get down to just Reverb , Delay, Chorus and maybe 1-3 Overdrive style pedals. But then you need a Buffer, a Noise gate a EQ pedal and then the madness starts. Then you think "well what if I want a Phaser or Flanger?"Then anxiety sets in and you put pedals back on your board. Why do we need 3 Delay pedals? Especially when one of them is a fully programmable and MIDI controllable Boss DD-500 that can basically recreate any Delay sound you could ever want. and so many more you will never need? Yet you want to put other Delay pedals? I think we as Guitarist and with Pedal issues need a special kind of therapy.

something to consider
Dude. The Roadtrip To Freedom!! That’s unbelievably good
To each his own, but god, are those 'I only plug straight into an amp and so should everyone else or you're not a real guitarist' purists tiresome.

I definitely need a few sessions.
This just keeps getting better and better.
That room you guys play in is such the fortress of awesomeness.
