I have an opportunity for TCS Luxemberoug.but currently I am working in TCS other project so Luxemberoug manager wants my email release confirmation from current then only they can proceed further for visa processing ,so how can I get release from my current project ? 2- Current pkg is 18 LPA 8yrs exp so how much salary I can expect from TCS Luxemberoug ?
To get a release is very difficult ask in TCS and yes the other project will ask for the written confirmation before proceeding ahead . The only option is to talk and convince your supervisor and manager . No one else can help even HR are always in favour of the managers. The onsite salary depends on the labour law of that country. Brother, the easiest way would be to ask your manager itself. But as per my experience, it's not for your H1B visa because employee himself has to fill all the details and attach the documents in ultimatix. Manager can't do it on behalf of anyone . You can check it though in ultimatix in mobility section. Or just keep checking your tcs email . If there is anything going on you will get the email first . For Europe countries there is no minimum requirement. Even a fresher can go if there is his requirement. That is why if anyone wants to grab onsite opportunity quickly, chosing Europe projects is the best option

It got certain approval and in progress from mobility team. I didn't receive any mail to upload all documents . Please let me know if my visa request will be processed or any hurdle
No they don't check it . Balance is checked when you apply for the work/ education visa by yourself in countries like Canada, Australia and others. You can get H1B even if you have amount that is in my bank account 😉😉. You are as much chance as others. Once you get to fill nomination form from your employer you are on track, for further processes. 6 years or so, doesn't matter if nomination is done for you!

Salary will be 90k+ USD per annum and after deducing the tax the monthly take home salary will be close to 4800 USD
