I rejected H1B. Because Salary offered was 90K to me for Texas. Overall with my wife i could save 1.25Lakh Per month INR after all deductions like Tax, Households and other expenses. My total income with my wife in India is 1.90Lakhs. Which is more than i was getting for USA. so i stayed

Client is asking my sister to come US. She and my jijaji(brother in law) are both in TCS. Can both of them get H1b visa? Or if one gets a visa and other don't,is it worth to go US? As she didn't changed jobs more than once,her package is low in TCS,very low,10 years experience,have twins(toddlers). She and her husband both are highly skilled and getting onsite offer without any resignation trigger. So is it worth it? Will her package grow after coming back to India?

I am being told from my company that I will be given minimum/ average wage as per US states once I join a particular client. What should be the best approach in this scenario.
80L is way good package to live a well balanced life in India. Better to continue here rather than going there unless you prioritise quality of life over money. Plus your wife can’t work, so she should be ok with it as well.

Just to correct here. The lottery period is 5 Mar to 25 Mar and you should get confirmation from your employer by 1 week of April.
