✅Today we are making the best tuna and sweetcorn wraps!
Ingredients for about 6 tuna wraps:
300gr tuna (drained, no liquid)
3tbsp tinned sweetcorn
about 6tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 small red onion
few sprigs of fresh dill
1/4tsp table salt
1/4tsp freshly black pepper
1/2tsp Cajun spice
1/4tsp smoked paprika
flour tortilla wraps
For the filling:
baby gem lettuce
cucumber
grated cheddar
For the mayonnaise, in case you want to make it:
1 egg yolk
1/2 regular mustard
1/4 lemon (juice)
150ml vegetable oil

You could also mix the cheese with tuna and put in the microwave. So cheese is molten
