Hi Corrine, im sorry to hear that. Thank you for opening up. You should be proud of yourself for wanting to find ways to help yourself. I think first it’s best to seek professional help so that you receive the correct tools and effective advice. Also to allow you to understand your emotions better. Some days we fall out of track and hit a few bumps, the important thing is to not be hard on yourself for that. We’re not designed to be perfect so we shouldnt strive for life to be that way. On harder days, i find it helpful to sincerely remind myself that “this day will pass as they always do”. Meaning the hard day(s) shall pass and there will be brighter and lighter days, just like always. A few things i do to ease myself out of a hard phase is to surround myself with positive energy (through people, affirmations, reading mindset books, motivating videos etc). After a mindset shift, i slowly start integrating things like exercise back little by little. Exercise really helps my mood and helps me feel accomplished/ good about myself. Eventually everything else follows and i feel slightly on “track” again. I hope this answer helps although i really do suggest seeking professional advice as i am not one :( i know you’ll get through this ❤
Subscribed to your channel,I like the way you've made the video but I would suggest you to please slow down those subs because they're long and go away too soon since there's no voice over,it takes a bit of time to read them all or maybe make the font size larger.
