    You should have gone to TAFE instead. Nice and simple, especially when you have other commitments.

    • @Halleys_adventures

      But my school is fine haha? A year later and I’m almost finished, have had the best experience, got high commendations by both facilities I’ve attended for placements and the place I chose to study because it was less days than tafe and suited my schedule, has gotten me there? I’m unsure why so many people who haven’t studied there will keep telling others to go elsewhere. You get out what you put in. I’m a hard worker and I’ve made it work for me. Their communication may not be there strong suit BUT the staff and lecturers are amazing and I am grateful for what I’ve learnt so far ❤

    Hi Halley, thanks so much for your video- it has helped me to decide to study Nursing at IHNA. I will be starting this July and wanted to know what I need to buy for the course? Any other helpful tips that you think might help me on my journey would be much appreciated.

    Hi I was due to start next Monday, and now they’re telling me it’s delayed again due to issues with funding (WA fee free from gov). Did you face any issues with them on that? They seem to only email me the Friday before the Monday it’s supposed to start, so frustrating to book leave again to be told they don’t know when I’ll be able to commence. 😢

      Hi! It really depends on how you learn. If you can learn online and retain and understand the knowledge then go for it! Me personally, I like to be in the classroom and labs hands on learning.

    Hi.. I want to ask something that what is examination system of enrolling Nurse course? Is this assessment based course or examination ?

    • @Halleys_adventures
      @Halleys_adventures  7 месяцев назад

      Sorry I’m unsure what you mean, in terms of examination system.. but if it makes any sense, we are “examined” a few different ways: In class Exams, Short Answer Assignments, Essays, Multiple Choice and presentations.

    I rocked up to IHNA on the orientation day just to be told it wasn’t on. Over a week later they finally sent an email saying that the orientation would be over a month later.
    Their communication issues shouldn’t be accepted.

    • @Halleys_adventures
      @Halleys_adventures  7 месяцев назад +2

      Such a shame! Also, so sorry but I had to remove your other comment because your opinion was based off your crappy interactions with the school, you didn’t actually get to start and study with them so it’s false information to say they are no good and TAFE is better. You are 1000% entitled to your opinion but it is my account that gets slammed :( That is totally fine queen! Everyone will have a different opinion and experience! Mine hasn’t been perfect but I’m almost finished now and have had high commendations on my performance at nursing placements in one of the biggest trauma hospitals in Perth, and that’s got to be a testament to my learning and skill set. You get out what you put it and once you start you don’t have to really deal with admin and stuff thank gosh! The lecturers and professors are amazing! I have actually mentored 4 batches of TAFE students through my workplace in their first placement and you guys have it very easy and your facilitators are lovely!! So whilst TAFE has better communication, you can’t justify saying in general that it’s way better haha. I really Hope your journey is going well and you get out of it what you hope and you’ll be an amazing nurse ❤
