Thank you for sharing your knowledge and tips. Have you tried making a single batch? I just ordered one of these today, and I’m excited to try it out. Boy, I could’ve used one of these years ago while my kids were in school since I was always making cookies for their class and our neighbors, etc...But with the way the world has changed, I’m down to a single batch every couple weeks or so.
