Classic song from an absolute banger of an album.....can't help but think of Led Zeps "Cashmere ".....if only Robert Plant could sing like Dio!!!!
Actually Stargazer was Rainbow's answer to Kashmir.
The beginning reminds me of Adam Ant's 'Ant Invasion' which is a perfect song.

Love this song, however as an ex guitarist myself it very much looks like Richie is miming in this recording, the solo and other parts don't match his fingering.....
