Welcome to our absolute worst nightmare - our two largest, HEAVIEST orders ever, both getting delivered on the SAME DAY. Usually the delivery companies contact us in advance so we have some notice, but not this day! We only expected to receive desk pads... so when a driver pulled up and announced he had 11 pallets of planners for us? We were shook. Watch along to see what happened next...

Why dont u girls use a small or medium size heavy duty platform trolley (not the supermarket trolley, if u know what i mean) to stack boxes (depends on how many boxes u can push on the trolley) and push them to the shelves? It can save u all alot of energy instead of lifting the boxes one by one from the van/palletes. Pheww 🥴
You & your team are AMAZING!!! Can I ask if you air or sea freight your products? A video on this process would be amazing to help other small business (like me ◡̈ ) that are a bit terrified to try importing but really want to.
Sea is way cheaper but since Covid it’s gone up a lot in price. Not sure if it did for everyone, but my parents used to pay like $1800 to ship their product that they sell and last time it was like $16,000. 😮 It’s an expensive heavy 4lb book but still shipping went way up. 😢
