- Welcome to a new video! The standard Power Steering Fluid gets cooked as the the original hoses go over the top of the engine which of course gets very hot. This is then bad for the PAS pump. I fitted this relocation kit help save and preserve the longevity of the pump. Cheers guys!

Any reason why you didnt run the smaller diameter hose along the front with the bigger hose?

Cheers man, appreciate it. I got the kit off ebay, was pretty easy to find. Can also have your hoses in whatever colour you like although I paid a little extra for mine to be purple 👌

Hey mate, how did you get the clip that holds the black hose on near the exhaust manifold? The one the smaller pipe attaches to at 8:07. Mine is stubborn.

was wondering why my steering was so loud, thanks for the video. As i’m not looking to relocate it would you suggest i check and change the fluid if it’s cooked? and just keep on top of it so that it’s always red
Hey man, if you dont want to relocate it which in my opinion would be the best as then it will never get cooked again. If not then defo do a change of the fluid. Keep on top of it too 👌
If you don't want to relocate it, look into a power steering cooler.

Great video .....what spec fluid and how much did you use including flushing?
Was just a fluid & conditioner mixed together and used just under 2 litres for the flush + refill
I own a festa 1.25 zetec , thinking about a k and N ...Is it worth it....As I'll be selling in a year ..
Theres someone I know who have used this filter. He recommend them. People say about them messing up the MAF but he says that mainly happens if you go mad when oiling the filter up. He's done around 200k miles on his E46 330i and had no issues with it 👌

@@Jmncarter yeah man I just don't understand if it's only my fiesta that doesn't have any type of mat in the trunk and on the back of the rear seats, so I don't know if I have to look for a simple mat trunk or something more specific
@@Rinkachichikumo what you dont even have the carpet covering the boot flooring and the recess for the spare wheel? If not I'd go to a scrapyard mate, should be easy to find one
@@Jmncarter exactly I only have the part that covers the recess for the wheel but no carpet anywhere. Thanks I'll try to find something online or at a scrapyard, keep up mate

Why do you want a garage to do it for you? Step by step tutorial is here to follow mate. Easy job and will save you money 💰
