Wow!!!! This is so good. We have to address that there is a problem so we can trace the origin of our bad behaviors. We have to unlearn such things to be able to learn and instill healthy values.

The boundaries you set in your life shouldn't flow from your hurt but who you are....but the problem is many of us are missing identity and our boundaries are not based on who we are.

PREACH!!!!!!!! We adults and young adults need this!!! We leave home emotionally unstable.
All last summer, I kept asking God to show me intimacy with Him. I knew I didn't understand it and doubted it. But I knew it was key! At the end of the summer, I realized I was doubting Him: "I will go WITH you wherever you go. I will not leave you or forsake you," scripture says. My next step was to REPENT for being unwilling to believe Him! My prayer life opened up, scripture opened up, hearing from the Spirit opened up! Not much longer after that, me being a widow 3 years, God brought a believing man into my life. Through this relationship and because of this relationship, God is making me walk through the hurt and pain in my past. While this wise man (who created real boundaries for us) waits, I know God is healing me for this man. My Lord is working on thought patterns, and helping me know who I am IN Him, and no longer the ugly, unloved girl. I am blown away by what God is doing! The greatest counseling ever!

When you said, "Watch this, don't forget this and type this" it was as if you grabbed me in the collar and shook me!!!! I needed to hear this and do the work in my singlehood. Thank you.🤕🤯😭👏

I know a lot of people in that state of mind, but they refuse to address it. Because they have been conditioned to not speak on things openly and honestly. And they are afraid to share their feelings in and open, honest, and healthy way. And they are in their 50's and 60's, and late 40's. But that broken child is still communicating for them, and believe that they have to protect themselves in that manner.
Healing is messy. Father, heal my mind, my spirit, and my heart. Open my ears to hear more, while closing my mouth to understand and to those around me. Pacify my triggers and help me heal properly, I’m LOST AND TRULY HURTING! I’m need you Jesus, 🙏🏽.

This left me in tears. Thank you, Pastor Issac Curry. I keep trying to get into the same type of relationships due to my past and childhood. I am tired of the same patterns. I need healing, learn how to develop boundaries, discover what I didn't receive in my developmental years and break free from codependency and fear based dating. "What you place on people is not their job to fill." "What you fail to repair, you will repeat." "God won't heal what you don't give Him permission to touch."
