Thanks for the helpful video! Another youtuber uses the "share business profile" url as the destination url instead of what you do with website url. I assume that method only captures clicks from a GMB share link, whereas your method captures all clicks from GMB to a website no?
yes that's correct, you can be flexible with how you adapt the URL
How can I get to that GMB page with all the options on the side? I just get half the options on the Google page

I have zeros in my GA. Seems like i need to adjust something. How to pass data from GMB to GA? There no tags, no js, no nothing
Have you gone through the tutorial and followed each step?
@@ZanetDesign Sure. Many times. In your video you are showing how to generate a URL but you don't show how the data is transferred to google analytics. Adding parameters to the URL is not enough. Usually it's done via placing a js code on your page or using google tag manager. Both of these features are not available for GMB sites because you can't edit the source code.
I asked GA support about how to connect GA to GMB. They said that's impossible. Here what they wrote:
Hi Diego,
Thank you for contacting Google My Business Support Team.
This email is in regards to your query about integrating tags or having analytics for Google website and for your Google Business page Sell gift cards, Cash for gift cards, Sell a gift card on Google.
I completely understand how important it is to reflect the right details of your business on Google. However, you cannot do this with a Google Website. You have to rely on their basic metrics + insights from the Google My Business listing. As of now there is no such option for Google My Business users for analytics for the Google website. That being said, I´m happy to pass along feedback to our product team on your behalf as a feature request. At Google, we greatly value the comments of our users give, so we always try to take action on issues like these.
If you have further questions related to this issue, simply reply to this email and we'll be happy to help! For additional support on a different issue, you can always reach us via our Help Center. Yes currently im only aware of it as a Wordpress plugin.
You can still access Search console and analytics separately though for your site, its just a nice dashboard for Wordpress owners

I need to do Google Ads for a local job at GMB in Belgrade.
This is my first time doing an ad in GMB.
@@anam7735 ah ok in your dashboard you can just follow the process. Google will call you if you need help setting the correct budget and there support is pretty good if you need direction.
I would also look at your competitor's ads to see what has been working for them and think about adapting or adjusting it to work with your USP
Also, you want a headline that gets CTR up as this will help keep your cost down. Set up a landing page too as this will be helpful to appeal to the specific traffic - I do need to run a video on this as I think it will be useful for you
