Such a shame duck isn't used more in ramen making...it's so good. Kamo To Negi was one of my favourite bowls I had on my last trip (and thanks for the recommendation!)
Hey, Frank, do Tsurumusha make their own noodles? It looked like they had a noodle making machine at the front of the shop (and should be something worth mentioning).
The last one is the intestine tsukemen place, correct? I went there last year and it was a cool interior. A pretty hidden restaurant too, easy to miss if you weren't looking for it. If you have ever had Madai Ramen Mengyo near kinshicho station, the same owner has a duck ramen shop in their old location across the street. I went once for the maze soba, but want to try again for the standard shoyu.
@5AMRamen I'm stopping mid bowl to tell you that you are the grand Master of Ramen knowledge. We're trying Chukasoba Billiken tonight, and it is transcendent. Thank you!!!
What do you think of this bowl?
second bowl sloppy apparently lol, they all look amazing
The first bowl is always the surpliest!
Duck was incredible. Soup was amazing. Noodles was great, but I was just not hungry enough to eat it all.
We visited this ramen shop today and it was the 1 hour+ wait very worth wile! We loved it😊
Glad you got in! It sounds like they've really gotten busy since I went it.
Love duck meat
As you should!

Glad you enjoyed Kamo to Negi - it's nice to see that more duck ramen places have sprung up since Kamo to Negi blazed a trail.
How do you stay so slim after all that you eat.....truly amazes me. Maybe I should go on a ramen diet....
It works for me 😅
In all seriousness, I do a ton of walking.
I went to Gion Duck ramen on my last trip to Japan, thought it was fantastic, but as you say it was quite tricky to find.
Glad you found it in the end!
Really good description of the flavours, textures, and ingredients of the ramen. I can almost taste it! Thanks for the quality content!
That first bowl looked amazing.
It was!
that is cool that you can different cuts of duck!
For sure! Like their quirkiness and customization.
I can’t wait to get to Kyoto in two weeks to give these places a shot bro
Hope you were able to visit them!
Dude. Need more food/ramen footage
I know! Thanks for your patience...next video coming out next week 🍻

Yes, I believe they do! Forgot to mention it 😅
Great observation skills - you have a ramen eye!
🍜🌟👍

Glad you've been! And yes, I love Mengyo! Also have been to Manchiken, their duck ramen spot. Had the shoyu there but not the Maze Soba!
Gio duck pokemon?
This is motoki ramen academy’s restaurant isn’t it?
That's right! They love duck ramen 🦆
Any good duck ramen places in Tokyo that you'd recommend?

@@5AMRamen thanks! You've never steered us wrong

Why can we not have both Geisha and ramen?
Very good point.
