Not only Olivia is beatufil, but also exceptionally smart, articulate, real and wise. Love to see that!
These two should always be on together. They have such a friendly chemistry that’s entertaining to listen to. They are so real to each other which is refreshing.
My wife and I met Olivia Munn in 2010 at Barnes and Noble in Dallas, TX at her book reading. She read an excerpt from her book which included the Ratner incident without naming his name, she joked, had fun and took questions.
10 years later we still talk about how fun, gracious and lovely she was. She took pictures with everyone, autograph stuff and actually took time to speak to her fans. She was completely 💯 down to earth. Seems like she hasn't changed. 😊
Newsflash-When adults have sex, sometimes women get pregnant. Life is messy. Get over it.
"i love red flags" Benton: "that's a red flag" LMAO true
*OLIVIA MUNN* !!!!!! I clicked on this video so fast - I almost broke my finger (just a slight sprain - nobody panic)... I fell in love with her personality when she was on "Attack of the Show" (I watched it *EVERY NIGHT* it was on!)... I've always been so proud of her success (but, mainly because she's just a down-to-earth, lovable person!) Sure, she's human & *might* have flaws - but who sees 'em?! She *IS* and *ALWAYS WILL BE* one of my favorite actors!!! The fact that she stands up to sleazeballs is just icing on the cake!!
I love that Olivia is brave enough to always do the right thing. We need more people like her in this world. Whitney too. Great people.
“I don’t know art.” - Olivia Munn
I love her. Also, Sloan Sabbath was one of my favorite characters ever.
Yes, I wish she would have gotten more roles like that, underrated.
That show was incredible. I wish it could be that way in the real world.
!!Sloan Sabbath was the best thing I've seen her do. A great show . Should have gone longer
If you came for the story you think is about Aaron Rodgers, 1:24:46 is where it starts.
M. P. You’re the goat 😂😭

MVP 💯 legends like you are the reason I keep on living
Love your podcasts, and how on this one you really listened and gave Olivia time to speak...it‘s a much better pace/energy. It feels so much more soothing and grounding this way and allowed you both to go deeper into things.
Great interview! I loved how Whitney talked about oversharing 1:37:00. Olivia responded well by talking about a "false sense of intimacy". Olivia also says that "the only thing that creates closeness is just time and trust builds into that." A lot of people I meet don't understand this. It took me a while to learn this and I got that lesson the hard way.
It's only a false sense of intimacy when you have a foul intention towards that person, and not a loving one. When we seek to form bonds, we can't bond without exposing our vulnerabilities, and reasons for being how we are.
This episode was mind blowingly fantastic. Words can’t describe the amount of emotions I felt, the stuff I learned about both of these women including myself and people around me. This is the content I need and want and crave.
Such a lovely comment, Andrew, thank you.
Olivia Munn is such an incredibly underrated actress. Loved how candid she was about so many things and how inviting Whitney was for Olivia to use her time on the show as a platform to speak on different experiences.
been a fan since AOTS - so wild watching her career blow up over the last decade and a half. a true delight!
Fan of Olivia from the AOT days, then felt betrayed when she bailed from the show and haven't watched her since. It's great to see she still has that down to earth, calm, casual, witty, and self-deprecating personality that feels like she'd be super chill to hang out with and not a Hollywood diva or total spaz. I'm back on board with Olivia!!
I could never imagine wondering how Olivia Munn got anybody. She is such an absolute gem, smart, funny and beautiful. She really does have it all.
I forgot about the whole situation with the Predator movie. Good for Olivia, always been a big fan of her and Whitney is right, she was the only one acting like an adult in that situation.
I love Whitney's podcasts. Every time she has a female guest on the show; I get closer to understanding the mind of a woman.
Damn yeah I feel ya.
lol
You’re doing amazing Matt
Did it seem like they were saying women compete with each other and don’t help other women once they achieve something, but they think men rally together because team sports?
I'm a woman and I feel the same way lol.
Paradoxically sometimes people who talk too much about redflags are a red flag.
Yeah, but to her credit, I believe she has admitted to some of her own red flags. Also, shes been through a lot of therapy and has learned a lot about these issues within herself, and as a result, she has learned how to spot them in others. Once you pick up new wisdom like that, it's hard to not want to share it with those around you. Although, it's not always appropriate to do so.
Totally, not pointed at Whitney or Olivia at all. Just in general
@@elbt101 I would venture to say that someone who goes around bragging about smashing car windows for dogs who usually don't need it is a giant red flag. I honestly couldn't see someone dating her and not going insane.
@@666slateran666 Yeah, it just seems judgmental. She clearly is still recovering from her own hot mess of an upbringing where she would get dressed on top of a stove, but in the same breath, she says she has no time for people in their 40's who don't have their act together.🤔 Seriously, if you are going to extend compassion to animals, human beings are not rocks that you cast aside. People need help too, but she needs to learn how to calm herself down before offering to take over. Bringing up her codependence addiction and "protecting her energy" all the time is not the path to recovery but to solipsism. She should waste less time in therapy, to then casually badmouth people who talk about their experiences in therapy, lol, and cultivate equanimity so that everything is no longer a trigger for her.
Ironically, not paradoxically.
I love the fact that Olivia was and is willing to put her career on the line for what was and is right....Someone in Hollywood with a moral compass.
Well there isn’t much to lose.
@@HiThere-tv2bd Can you please put up a link to YOUR IMDB page? Thanks.....
Shes a gangster, and a super hot, smart, cool ass girl to boot!! She had everything she had worked her ass off for years to lose and she was still willing to speak out. Nothing but respect to her for that
@Lightswitch One of your moms paying customers?......No.
@Jason Conlan. Olivia Munn is nothing but a mediocre actress. The one thing she is good at is sleeping around Hollywood. Actor, director, producer, singer, athlete, trust fund baby. You name it, she's fucked it. There's a reason Meryl Streep has shelves full of awards and trophies while Olivia's shelves are bare. Btw, if you think twirling a sword in front of a green screen is "acting" then you don't know anything about cinema. And no, I don't have an IMDB page. I'm an engineer in the real world; not in show biz. Lol.
I've never seen one of whitneys podcasts before and basically came here for Olivia, but this was such a great podcast! Definitely going back and watching more
there are many great chats! taylor tomlinson, david oyellow are a couple good ones from the archives!
Whitney looking like a military merc sponsored by Gucci. Olivia still looking like the G4 geek girl we all fell in love with.
Yes. I miss Attack of the Show.
😂😂😂
Right? And when she said UFC was her Shakespeare I has to rewind to make sure I heard right, then I just fell in love with her all over again and 10x harder lol
The girl from the video game store is pretty much my favorite moment of hers.
But there are many
@@JuanHernandez-ze3si G4s coming back
Was surprised that the show started out with such heavy topics, it almost seemed like a therapy session, but they are necessary to talk about. Second half of the show was more what I was expecting when I saw Olivia was the guest, and I'm glad she was able to stick around so we could see her fun witty side as well.
When Whitney describes red flags but doesn't realize she's talking about herself... It was surreal when they mentioned people who keep talking about therapists
I feel like she didn’t take it personal because this is for entertainment. Maybe she doesn’t bring up her therapist all the time in her real life?
Yeah man. Comedians constantly contradict themselves because its their job to complain about everything. So eventually they complain about complaining, and then the cycle repeats itself.
God0fCows It’s like when Andrew complained about his girlfriend saying that she likes him doing little things because of “the effort”. And then 10 minutes later he traps himself and says he likes when she cooks him dinner, not because of the food but because he appreciates.... the.... effort 😂😂 People are walking contradictions
It's a talk show where they "talk" about various things. She's not dating these people it's not a real life situation. And in every podcast there's a new person who doesn't know that thing she's talking about so she repeats some story, she probably won't do it to the same person. And please use common sense before commenting.
@@lunasea4309 Stan alarm. 😂
That "mould and leak" example blew my mind... Some years ago I saw a short film in depression and how it like a mould on wall keep growing and that person try to remove it and it comes back and reappears in different places and it was a silent film so there was nothing else than that and it left me feeling like there's no solution but now I think that we gotta check for leak and then it can be fixed. Thanks sis Olivia❤️
Wow, Olivia Munn is so intelligent. I'm so impressed by her composure and eloquence while discussing the MeToo movement. What a lovely interview
The collab I didn’t know I needed, my favorite guest probably ever loved this chemistry and convos
I dont know if they get in to this at all, just started listening, but The Newsroom is one of the best short lived series ever!
A little, but only how much Olivia loved it, in the second half. Great show, maybe her best role.
Yes to Newsroom !
Very fond of Munn and her naturally thoughtful calm speech pattern.
She was soooo HOT on this podcast! 🔥
@@TheTrouserPuppetsOfficial That was rude and unwarranted.
She would make bank as a twitch streamer.
While this is true, she hosted a gaming show. Who knows how much she actually played
Pretty sure she makes more as an actress in blockbuster films.......
anyone famous would
N0 Days Off not rn.
Too bad being a streamer is lame asf
I didn’t even realise Olivia was so involved in this movement. I’ve only seen her in one thing and didn’t know about the other stories so I never had an opinion on her. She has gone up substantially in my books! She seems a really nice, down to earth woman.
Olivia Munn is the type of chic that makes your stomach drop when you make eye contact with her 😍 Good Lord !
She's drop dead gorgeous
Im soo glad Oliva wanted to keep going with the Podcast because I love a long podcast episode!! It helps throughout the day, i come back to it later, usually listen when im in the bath or shower, getting ready etc. Then come back before bed brushing my teeth and listen. It's just great to know you've got a long episode that'll help throughout the day! 💖
i miss Olivia on G4. been following her ever since, she is a great woman.
twitter.com/G4TV/status/1286705200506343424
Forreal seen everything she has been in since g4
thegags oooooooo NO WAY ITS COMING BACK
Same, been simpin since the early 00's
I think Olivia would make a great girlfriend. She’s cool.
She seems like a good person to be friends with.
I really enjoy Olivia Munn’s honesty and forthrightness. I also feel that Whitney has the ability to bring that out when speaking to others. Thanks for this interview.
I always thought I didn’t like Olivia and now I know I love her. This podcast has really encouraged me to branch out and find other inspirational women. Love long pods ❤️
SAME. Exact same thing happened with the Kate Upton ep.
Olivia Munn is thoughtful, clear, and grounded in her perspective on socializing in Hollywood and MeToo.
Olivia didn’t have to do anything but she risk her career and everything. She is a very brave person in Hollywood. People that say no are stupid. God bless you Olivia, Thank you for standing up against evil. Yes! You did the right thing.
Came here for Olivia, enjoyed the first 20 mins, stayed for the incredible insight.
Olivia is very compelling. I can't get enough of her.
ATTACK OF THE SHOW!!
will always remember her from that show the most
"I like your house. I'd like to own it after you renovate it!" Oo!!! Sooooo hilarious!
Lmfao I caught that to 😂😂
The museum Olivia Munn talks about is almost certainly the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, especially given the painting described. It’s very likely that she is referring to their Mark Rothko painting, “Light Cloud, Dark Cloud” (if anyone is interested in looking it up).
Also, the philosopher she mentions is François de La Rochefoucauld.
I have so much love and appreciation for olivia and everything she’s done for the movement
When Olivia said a red flag is “someone who doesn’t love his mother or mother figure” she was talking about Aaron Rodgers
Can I get a RIP in the chat?
my money is on him being the lights off spooner too.
@@jeffdyer21 😂😂😂😂😂
I agree with everything said hereAt first I thought I was alone on this but now after listening to this podcast i no longer feel weird and alone about all these feelings this is what we go through as women and only us can understand it. Thank you sooo much for speaking about things that really matter, what a great conversation you guys put here. Good job i am now a fan and subscribing
Whitney just came off the set of narcos
Lol omg!!!!
😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
I don't get it?
I'll have to watch this in two parts, but so far....wow, these are 2 very bright women! Whitney just keeps impressing me on more and more deeper levels. I get the feeling that everything she's learned in life, she's learned the hard way and from an obsessive amount of hard work, and from keenly observing people and life! I admire her brutal honesty too. I'd personally love her for a friend! ♡♡
i genuinely took so much away from this podcast! Olivia is an absolute treasure and doll, so thoughtful, and smart. i appreciate all the information and advice given in this episode (:
I love what Olivia says about Bruce Lee. That is so true. She's very insightful.
And beautiful... best combo! ♥
I really enjoyed this pod. I didn't know much of anything about Olivia before this.
its really nice to know Olivia is just as cool and down to earth as you thought she was, nice podcast guys
Shout out to the OG G4 Munn fans.
I love these podcasts because listening to conversations about behaviors/red flags are eye opening and make me realize things about myself that I hadn't considered before!
I’ve been a fan of Olivia’s since Attack of the Show back in my middle school days. A hero of the nerds! Thanks for having her on.
And she sure can choke down a hot dog haha
This is possibly the best thing i have seen on YT during the lockdown. Love these two ladies. Amazing
Thank the Gods I've just discovered Whitney's podcasts during our new Melbourne lockdown laws. Keeping me laughing, happy and sane 😍. Thanks.
Thanks, gods.
Can I just say it’s so nice to see her natural beauty again? Olivia, you’re so beautiful without all the plastic surgery.
I've always had a crush on Olivia Munn since the G4TV days.
Same! I watched all the AOTS clips on RUclips back in the day.
Olivia Munn has some really great insights. Really enjoyed this interview.
Olivia was never one of those women I wanted to like (probably out of jealousy), but the more I hear her speak the more I think of her and respect who she is.
The back and forth between you two is very thoughtful.
Seriously tho its pretty captivating
If I could have any superpower, I would inherit Whitney's confidence. Girl is golden.
@DAVE ADAM she has the confidence to share her unconfidence
Really wishing Whitney would say less about over sharing so her interviewee, Olivia, could share more. Edit: And then she tells the burn story with bits of family context, and all is forgiven, understood, accepted. Good for you for making your life into what it is.
Did she just out Aaron Rogers?
For??
I am pretty sure he isn't the only guy she has had sex with.
I am pretty sure there are over 100 guys she could be talking about there.
Yup at 1:24
Aaron Rodgers isnt gay. Do your research. She dated two other famous people that are very questionable. I'm tired of the Aaron Rodgers shit
@@jamo2798 Aaron Rodgers is gay. We all know she isn’t talking about Chris Pine
AOTS was such an F'n great show when Olivia and Kevin were hosting! RIP G4
Olivia Munn, she's my favorite Hon.
pop your ritual vitamins every time whitney says "co-dependent"
Future civilizations shall now learn Olivia Munn Pentamter along with Iambic Pentameter
in theater classes in an alternate dimension. B~)
Nice seeing Olivia Again! She hasn't changed a bit lol! I haven't seen her since Attack of the show! That was the last cable TV show I watched religiously, daily. Kevin, Olivia, Candace, and Sara! The golden age of TV for me!
Absolutely *loved* this podcast. Olivia Munn is awesome!
The honesty of telling folk that more money equals better medical care is appreciated.
Olivia is clearly a hell of a person. Great interview again.
Don't forget about Whitney 🙂🙂!!
This should be the regular show - the 2 of you are great!
I dont understand the dislikes, some women most be really jealous of these smart, woke and attractive women.
Those are dudes, who don't appreciate smart, woke, and attractive women talking about the fact that a whole bunch of guys are horrible predators. Me? I'm a career Marine, and my reaction is that I've unfortunately learned to be no longer surprised, and what I really want to do is go find these guys and shatter their fucking kneecaps, one at a time. I'm proud of these brave ladies, and I'll keep working among my dudes to make this shit stop.
I first watched Ms. Munn as a correspondent on The Daily Show, and she brought such a great personality and delivery to it (as Whitney notes)!
While I always remember her being on TDS, it's not the first thing that comes to mind when I hear her name. And today I realized that puts her in the same category as Steve Carell and Josh Gad.
So congratulations to her on such a boss career!!!
This is my favorite episode so far. Olivia really got Whitney to open up. I did the same thing, I transferred my dog knowledge to men. Wild.
I transferred my chimpanze knowledge to women. Wild
Really enjoyed this girl chat. I could've listened to another 2 hours of this. There were a lot of thought provoking, quotable contents in there especially in the last part.. Really learning a lot from Whitney's podcasts. I luv an intelligent, pretty and funny woman. She really is a total package.
I enjoy Whitneys podcasts. This one was different with alot of seriousness,,,,I enjoyed that.
Honestly one of the most insightful episodes I’ve watched and I’m thankful for that
Thought i was going to be bored the whole way through but all of this has resignated with me so much. I am going to talk about my sexual assault at my story time/stand up show!!! Thanks girls for spelling all this outtt! 💜💜💜 GIRL POWER
Oh Jesus Christ. Poor audience.
omg i love you for this one Whitney. Olivia has been my favorite since Attack Of The Show. She is so funny.
Hour 30 minutes you ladies are so straight forward awesome,
"Beta in bed." "She means a beta fish...she likes to fight herself." I can't stop laughing!
Red Flag: TOO close with their mom. Needing to see your mom every week, several times a week is TOO MUCH
I kinda agree. How often does seem reasonable, just in your opinion? 🙏🏼🌹
Lillian Christensen not sure, but I can say in my experience, his inability to be independent from his mother (who is financially and physically healthy) was a problem for me.
This is the perfect podcast to me. Serious and Informative, yet fun and crazy as well!
I love that this podcast, especially in these times, is a perfect vehicle to bring Whitney and colleagues closer together as friends. We all need something like that these days.
Did not know too much about Olivia but this episode was really good u guys have really good chemistry. Olivia seems like one of the real ones. U should definitely have her on again!
"Attack of the Show" with Munn and Kevin would do great these days on RUclips
G4s coming back, idk what that entails but they put up a teaser trailer recently and made some kind of announcement.
That show was a classic. Sad Kevin basically faded into obscurity and Munn became an international superstar
@@noticemesenpai69 Kevin is one of quickest, wittiest, funniest people I've ever ever seen. He had a pretty decent podcast for awhile with some great guests (check out the Adam Sessler interview and Kevins trip to Peru to do ayuasca) but hasn't uploaded in awhile. He also produced a show called the Attack that was similar to attack of the show but live on twitch but I think it got cancelled. If Kevin is behind this g4 revival I'm super on board, he's very talented and deserves so much more.
RxYouth I missed Sessler, great guy
@@noticemesenpai69 yeah I always loved Kevins podcasts with ex g4 employees, he had Alison haislip, Morgan Webb, Candace Bailey, Sarah underwood, and employees from behind the scenes as well, but I just loved all the insight into the inner workings of g4.
Idk if you know hit Sessler basically realized he was getting fired on air and you can see the moment when he notices when of the big wig executives is there but he knew it was coming, it was super shady.
But yeah check out Kevins podcast, it's on you tube called the pointless podcast, he actually did quite a few episodes, I think over 100 and he's still just as sharp and hilarious as always.
I have enormous respect for Whitney. I don't resonate on the same frequency regarding humor, but this woman has earned every single bit she has.
Olivia is absolutely beautiful,. first time i really noticed her was when she was on AGT and Shin Lim brought her on the stage and i was just in absolute awe
I always thought Whitney and Olivia had a lot in common. Hot looking funny chicks. Great to see these 2 together.
Another terrific, smart interview. I like interviews with deep thinkers. Smart people can be fun and beautiful.
Now I can justify my superficial love for Olivia Munn. She's so thoughtful and intelligent.
wow, that burn story was a powerful insight into whitney's soul and psyche
I think Whitney was wrong on women's intuition...
Intuition has been known to be "unreliable" and often wrong on many many occasions...
Olivia was on point when she said we can't always ONLY rely our gut all the time, we have use both our brain and gut
Dude your right she had to date gay guys which means she goes for anything low selfesteem right LOL!
The funniest thing I've ever heard Whitney say is when talking about art "Negative space is wherever I am"...
hahaha she apparently has a mild form of BPD and im proud of her fighting through it
Had to go mobile so I could watch the whole podcast uninterrupted... You two are great, and I... Love... Olivia's... Somewhat... Long... Pauses 😜 super cute yet captivating
Such a powerful episode! I love it!
Glad this podcast didn't end short at the bathroom break👏
