I just took NCLEX RN and my whole test dang near every other question was SATA!!!I still passed at 75 I just took my time and read each option carefully. I used my board to write the numbers down and cross them out so i would make sure i chose the ones i needed

I take my nclex for the second time may 6th. Im doing pn. First time i did exam cram and this time im doing saunders and i did ur free trial. Im really scared especially since its my second time. I dont want to fail. Thanks for this video.

I didn't pass the NCLEX on my first try, but I have a question for you. On a school review I was told if the answer has pain as one of the choices don't pick it because its considered psychosocial on Nclex and not in real world and that you don't call physician its passing the buck. So my question is if I get a SATA question ex.) female in labor w/prolapse umbilical cord what do you do (close as I remember) SATA: two fingers relieve pressure off presenting part, pt has pain of 5 on (1-10 scale),turn pt on left side, call the physician, put pt in trendelenburg position, admin oxygen. Thanks in advance for any help, suggestions and answer.

W White This question is about how to manage prolapse of the cord and you must select the interventions you would do in case of a prolapse. You will relieve pressure, turn on left, tredenlenburg, and O2

thanks for the help.. -_- but it isn't that simple, example: how many black life insects are in a dark room? not the dead ones or the brown ones? lol but in all seriousness there are much better advice in other videos out there. like the ones that say to treat them as a true/false

Not that this is a feat by any means but I'm an EMT-B and I correctly answered the last question. I begin nursing school next semester. You are so right, if you don't understand what a color is then you cannot correctly deduce the correct answer.
