Professor D, what about a leukemia patient receiving chemo for the first time against a patient who is a new admit diagnosed with pneumonia who had a 102 fever at admission but after giving acetaminophen, fever is down to 100.0? Would you still see the pneumonia patient first?
In regards to pain .. what about appendicitis pain or more so pain that “goes away “.. signifying possible rupture and need for immediate surgery: MD notification

This was a test question, but my school doesn’t allow us to see our exams after a test and I wanted to know if my selection was wrong. I chose the pt with a Na level of 119

tight dressing due to possible laryngospasms or edema formation because of hypocalcemia that can happen after this type of surgery. Airway 1st!!!
