Thanks Maggie for bring back fond memories of one of my favorite ways to have eggs. My mom used to make this dish regularly when I was young. Only difference is we used oyster sauce. At 70 I still have a head full of hair that is really mine, no implants,etc. I attribute it to having a diet full of protein. Eggs and soy take care of the protein my body needs.
