Hi previous comments were under ChrisL with a bunch of numbers decided to change it to something simpler... when you were making those delicious-looking pork chops I was thinking what a mess that will be with grease then you turned on the self cleaner and this may be something I'll get! 👍👍
Way too small for anything i would want to cook. I even thought maybe for the ferment feature, it looks like my dough would bubble up and fill the cavity. Thank you for sharing your insight. Im thinking maybe you can hack it by putting extra pieces of protein (i;e pork chop vertical through the spaces on the rack to cook more the 4 at a given time. Again, thank you for your video.
Where did you put the water in to generate the steam?
It's in the video she does it , you pull out a bottom tray and there is a cap you take off and put water in then replace the cap
