    First few weeks are the worst, you'll soon forget it though when you're free from severe arthritic pain. Honestly worth it 😊

      Same for me on leaving hospital, was gone by 3pm. On day 4 now making sure walking every hour, hoping for quick recovery without pushing too hard. How are you 6 months later?

      I think that's becoming more common. If the patient passes the first PT exercises and vitals are good, don't have any major health issues, then they will discharge you on the same day.
      That's what happened with me. Went in 6.30 am on a Friday
      I got home around 6 pm the same day. It was a long old day, but I made it. On the weekend, I was diligent with doing the exercises they gave me. Then, on the Monday I started the outpatient physical therapy.
      I'm 58.

    There is no videos about the limb after surgery. After hip replacement there is limb

    • @larryb5986
      @larryb5986 Год назад

      that's because 1 leg is longer. this is they replace the old with new and the other side has wear. Yes, I too have a limp, but you have to teach your body to walk by bending the knee more. move legs in a straighter line. this is what ive been told by my therapist.
