Like the quietest popcorn being made
Those linear switches great! I actually have this keyboard and have tried it with the Phantom/Tactile switches and also the Ghost/Linear switches. The Phantom/Tactile switches are quieter but feel like they provide more resistance. The Ghost/Linear switches are slightly louder and provide more of a 'thocky' sound but feel softer. Personally, I prefer the Linear switches as they feel slightly softer/smoother/plusher.
I just bought the Nuphy Air96 now I gotta get this too. I'm so happy to see more low profile keyboards with a good look and sound to them.
I agree! Great to see companies trying to make improvements to the low profile typing experience.
I'm actually interested in both models. Where you able to get 1 and compare?
hi may you please review the experience when you get the Nuphy Air96? how's the sound?
@@antraminhhy it’s amazing. I got the wisteria keycaps. The sound is a bit plasticky stock wise and I haven’t had time to mod it. However, I think it is the best keyboard if you’re looking for productivity and something mechanical. I have a modded keyboard that I got from Amazon and although the sound is more thocky, the typing experience that comes from the low profile is amazing and much more comfortable than the strain that comes with some taller keyboards
yo i actually love this, you go straight into unboxing which is something you don’t really see people do im subbing :)
Thank you!
sounds crunchy love itt
For stock they sound great
Looks great and sounds even better. I will have to see if there is a discount around the Black Friday.
I just bought this and I am drooling over the sound...
Did you get these same switches? Where did you purchase from?
Yes, just yes
It tingles
Ngl the pom low profile switch is the main reason I backed this and they sound great! I also snagged wizard clickies because I don't think there's another all pom clicky (not counting the weird creams with the pop cap on the bottom of the stem)
I just got my pre-order with the tactile switches and they are also quite nice. Almost a similar sound to the linears with more snap...a little bit like quiet popcorn. The tactile feedback is nice - more tactile than brown switches but not heavy either. I really haven't been a fan of Kailh low profile switches in the past but these seem to be a big step forward!
porn?
No 2.4 hz 😢
Missing the numpad.
How close is it to the nuphy? Looks almost identical but with different switches and caps
It's actually quite different in the sound and feel. I have to put some red switches back in my Air75 for the best comparison, but the Flow with linear switches has a much more muted sound and softer feel. I really thought I wouldn't feel much of a difference with the gasket mounting int he Flow because it's still so thin, but it really does feel softer. There are definitely some things I don't love about it...keycaps aren't my favorite, the lighting situation is kind of weird, no 2.4GHz, feet aren't adjustable, but the typing feel is quite interesting for a low profile. Probably will appeal to people who want a mechanical feel but also want something quieter/softer. I'm 100% going to do a comparison vid against the Air75 after my initial review!
@@semiprotech in my opition lowfree flow sound and typing is better, but design i choosenuphy air v2 ^^ . i had 2 keyboards :D
Product link?
It's on kickstarter right now, I believe expected shipping is July. www.lofree.co/pages/lofree-flow
too expensive tho
it's completely worth it, I also just got it - this thing is phenomenal. You need to touch it and feel it to understand the sound here doesn't do it justice, it's even better than it looks and sounds. It's a lifetime secret and worth every dollar.
