Great video. Really helped me understand as the rulebook is not written well. One thing to point out there is a misprint on the council board, third row, should show 2 dollars and 2 votes instead of one of each
That is a pretty serious misprint if that is really the case. The game is complex enough without cases like this :( anyways - welcome to the channel. Glad you liked the video :) stay tuned for more :)

It is more challenging to wrap one's head around than Clinic, but it is a great game all in all :) enjoy!
I posted this question on BGG also: Very good video, thank you! But don't you get the upgrading rule wrong? At 22:45, you said, that the upgraded 1 to 2-square residential building has to be influenced by two cultural tiles after the upgrade. But as I understand the rules, the 1-square residential building has to be influenced by two cultural tiles before the upgrade is possible. I am right?
