Freddy a tip! It’s better to fold knitwear because it looses its form when is hung. Since knitwear is either acrylic or wool the fiber usually is looser.

People should start buying clothes consciously because fast fashion IS A PROBLEM but (in my case) I’d rather buy a fast fashion item and make it last. Also depop and thrift shops have many unique stuff. 💗(this is not hate)

As she very clearly points out in almost all her videos, this is apart of her job. It makes sense as to why she owns that many items. Majority of which probably gets sent to her for free. It's good that she resells the items that she no longer wears. There are definitely a lot of people on youtube who buy so much stuff and get rid of it after a couple of months and their job isn't like Freddy's.

I have been clearing my wardrobe since lockdown and I noticed I have been more savage with the letting-go compared to the times before lockdown. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense but, I'm glad I can let go of my clothes easier than before. Freddy is such an inspiration!

I've started being really ruthless when I buy knitwear, if it isn't cashmere I can't buy it no matter how pretty it is :( All my cashmere pieces get better with age and it's easy to keep it looking neat and fresh. I also developed eczema especially on my neck and cashmere never irritates my skin. I have to usually find it on sale or thrift it but it's worth the extra searching.

You could turn all hangers the other way round into the closet and turn the hanger to the usual side whenever you wear the item. That way you easily see what you (don't) wear.
