Thanks for posting this. I'm planning to buy an air fryer Blackstone and convert it to natural gas. My main question was regarding running the griddle with the air fryers also running, are they both hot enough?
Did you buy chance try this same test while running all 4 burners above? I wonder if this would affect the gas flow to the air fryer and reduce the overall temp?
No its fine. If u have issue u can go one size up on orfice. Just watch the fryer flame from the side make sure it looks blue and not over shooting. If gas line is sized properly for 60-80k bthu ull have no issues

I believe avg Gas meter can supply 250,000 btu griddle is 60-80000 bthu with air fryer. If gas line is sized & ran properly for that load no problem.
