- Hi everyone! This was one of our favourite days of the holiday. After an awesome morning seeing Shipwreck Cove we had lunch in Zante Town before some pool time and dinner at the a la carte restaurant at the hotel - Neromylos.

I am so pleased that we are not the only ones that dread the 'traditional Brits' on holiday. We went away one year and would go to eat early evening because our daughter was only 2 (turned three the day we flew home) but there was another family that took their small children to the bar until 2 in the morning - they were very loud as well.
Hi there. We are up for a laugh as much as the next person but some people take it to extremes. This guy was a disgrace as by the sounds of it the familiy that you mentioned who think its acceptable to keep their kids in bar until 2am. Its the whole " I'm on me holidays " mentality.

@@TD3Vlogs it is as though it is only them that needs to enjoy their time away and damn the rest! Our daughter is now 18 and off to Uni in September studying drama so is no shrinking violet but we are like you and tend to end up remembering these type of holiday makers and giving them nicknames - another pet hate is football shirts on holiday. I am a big fan of my club but wont ever take a shirt away with me in case of trouble when people have been making the most of the cheap/free alcohol.

looks amazing, I would have loved a wander around the town, the fruit looked like fresh peaches or nectarines...yum! this would so be somewhere we would enjoy for sure, the tranquil setting as you had the fancy meal looked idyllic xx

Needed more than two after an evening with Frank 😂. The guy doing the entertainment did a brilliant job keeping his cool as you could tell he was getting frustrated at the constant interruptions and complaining from Franko

Great vlog, this looked like a beautiful day it looked so pretty over there in the town. A wee tip but depends if you have access to a phone and have data but if you use Google Translate it has a camera function on it and if you take a photo of the thing you want to translate and take a photo it will translate it to English for you. Also really good for menus too 😃 hope you are all having a great weekend xx

You have definitely opened our eye's to new destinations. That meal looked lovely and I can't believe you've never had fresh peaches before. Seriously get yourself down to the fruit section and not the tinned variety.
We still don't know what that fruit was Ian. A few people have said peaches but then we have had 4 or 5 other suggestions 😂 We buy plenty of fresh fruit but always the same things. Maybe it is time to broaden our horizons. Have a great weekend 👍

Hi Mike, we've been once and loved it there. We didn't know about the Viking ride so will look in to that for sure but we did the Dungeon and museum and they were fab 🙂👍

I am working my way through these. I've been, well it was we at the time, on a number of holidays in Spain and the various islands in all inclusive hotels and we've been lucky and everyone has been laid back and sane...
... apart from one time when a loud family from Liverpool arrived and it was mortifying. Twice as much for my wife who came from Ellesmere Port just across the river.
We only had the pleasure of Frank the once. Small mercies 😂

Based on my fruit experience (😂) id say either a peach or a nectarine! Also the correct response is ALWAYS "Everyboddyyyy" when someone mentions Backstreet! Jim should have taken over the impromptu photo shoot and showed them who the REAL star was. 🤗😂

That dinner was the worst rip-off I've ever seen... Holy moly... Fruit, ice-cream, Baklava and water are almost always complementary in a Greek restaruant (off the tourist trade).

My guess is it was a nectarine (they have smooth skin) Or peach (have a fuzzy skin) Definitely looked like stone fruit though.

Hey guys loving your videos - we are a family of 4 who travel to Zante at least every year - when you go again hire a car, you had a lovely time but you missed so much! And hiring a car (€40 a day) means you can do multiple attractions in one day so cheaply - there are many olive oil places for example that are free! They are just happy for you to go ( and perhaps buy some ). We have hidden beaches, beach clubs where your waited on, cliff-top restaurants, water parks, monasteries, and much more we can show you, plus the worlds biggest flag pole ( see the video below ). Keep up the good work, as someone commented, great viewing especially on a rubbish day like today in the UK. Take care.
