Hello! Please like the video (and subscribe) to support the channel, really means a lot for me! It was a long day in Penne and lots of driving, if you can afford it consider buying me a coffee here as the channel is self founded: www.buymeacoffee.com/onestopabruzzo
Love ole buildings Ahhhh outside lantern ,stone no need for air con ,kitchen window ❤ Beautiful ceilings ,Once personal furniture out ,a great space ,i need land to grow ,but if was into a townhouse this is delightful I would enjoy putting love into them bricks ,different class of buildings from UK London
This is the first home I've seen where I would not touch a thing. With extra money, I would negotiate with owner to keep all the furniture with the house... and the plants.
Yeah, sold to the right person it can really be turned into something amazing. If you consider there's so much stuff inside the possibilities are endless.
Grazie millle, è molto interessante di scoprire l'assetto architettonico e anche l'arredamento di questi palazzi storici. Un altro servizio piacevolissimo sulle bellezze dell'Italia.😎😎👍👍
Hi - does your camera any kind of "wide angle" option.....? it's quite difficult to get a true idea of the space, especially the small spaces, with the regular-zoom lens................
Not a problem, I appreciate the feedbacks either negative or positive. Also, in a couple of rooms it was indeed dark but I couldn't do anything better :)
Well, technically I think it's possible to turn it into two, if you are interested I think it can be discussed, of course the main selling point it's the terrace so everyone would want the upper floor :)
Yeah, apologies for the inconvenience, unfortunately the house wasn't connected to the mains and we had difficulties during that day since this was an unplanned video (shot on the same day of the 130k property already on the channel always in Penne).
Your videos are lovely and properties are beautiful.. but have one question to ask .. why cant we see a single human being around ? Shops ? Markets ? I think as feedback will be nice to see people around so that we know we we are not investing in houses in empty towns 😅..
Hi! I might do a Q&A about this and other topics! Basically I work full time so often I take 1h off and combine it with lunch break. So I have roughly 2h to drive to the location, film it and drive back to work. This means that ofter when I film it's lunch time, not the best to show the towns but I'll see what I can do!
Yeah, sorry, unfortunately on that day I didn't have my lights with me that I normally put in my head, generally, aside from a couple of rooms, I still hope you can get the feeling on how it is.

I think it is beautiful! I love the littlest upstairs roof terrace!
Me too, it reminded me of a James Bond film (where they was in Siena) with D. Craig.
How nice to see all the plants out the front
My children live near penne. Because place
I LOVE weird, quirky houses!
Fell in love with the property as you walked up the steps.... Great Potential for the inside... Thank you for giving us a true taste of Abruzzo!
Thanks for the support! Glad you are enjoying the videos!

In Penne you have tons of land available just outside the town! So you could live in city center and grow crops outside :)
NONE OF THE PROPERTIES ARE WEIRD. YOU SHOCK, HOW NICE. HURTS MY HEART. I WANT TO BE THERE IN ONE OF THEM.
Come!! :)
This is the first home I've seen where I would not touch a thing. With extra money, I would negotiate with owner to keep all the furniture with the house... and the plants.
Great potential with this property Rino, could be a lovely little holiday home
I wish I was younger. This is definitely worth restoring.
Age is just a number... :)
What a gem waiting to be polished!

Beautiful and big!
For the money, this place is fantastic, if you put $ 100.000 more for remodeling, this place is a dream home ❤❤❤❤❤
100k is even too much! I think that you need way less money to make it fantastic
I live in Florida and here is more money 💰, I love the place, I want to buy something in Italy, probably next year, thank you for responding 🙏

Thank you, Jean-Philippe!
Please carry better flashlight and show the floors and staircase. So we know where the stairs are and their condition.
Hi! This was literally my fourth or fifth video so I didn't know what to expect. To be fair I still forget it sometimes :)
Very similar to some old Greek houses.

Hi! This was one of the first videos! Now I have a wide angle lens, even though still not as wide as I would want!
wonderful!!!@@OneStopAbruzzo
sorry for the earlier complaint about it being dark - I watched it on a different monitor and much better so my fault.
Not a problem, I appreciate the feedbacks either negative or positive. Also, in a couple of rooms it was indeed dark but I couldn't do anything better :)
It says 5 hundred thousand Euros in your intro above, is that correct?
Ops, corrected, it's only 50k :) Thank you!!
Is this one building with two apartments established within it? Thanks 🙏

sorry but can't see a thing it is too dark

Oh Lord. No kitchen. In America family and friends gather there. We cook and drink. Love the history of the house though
The house is in Italy... built by locals for locals ages ago. I doubt they were thinking about Americans at the time 😂
@@tikritus I know where the house is and yes it was made for locals. I'm buying a home there. Then I will be a local. Thank you
You can build a proper kitchen there :D
Theres almost too much furniture to see the house properly
True!!
It was too dark to see
