Rino .. this is huge !! Such gorgeous views all around as well, not only from the garden area but from the many balconies/terraces. Perfect for someone looking for a large property. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
Hi Rino - this is a very nice and tidy substantial property - as it should be for the price. I particularly like the choice of balconies - different views at different times of the day. The only slight negative is the small sitting room space (not a fan of the pink Roman frieze either!) but I'm sure that can be overcome. The garden is great too 🌳🌻
Rino I love this house. But unfortunately it is out of my price range. Just curious why this home seems a lot more expensive than other homes that I saw similar in size.. I know it is in very good condition but still seems priced high.. is it because it is in Penne?
Hi Connie! Indeed, it's a bit on the high side but you get 3 properties and lot of space, Penne is indeed a bit more expensive due to the higher tourism and convenient location. Also, there's also room for negotiation!

Definitely, just scrape it and paint it and you're set, extremely good conditions overall on this one, but yeah, a bit pricey due to the size.
