This was an amazing watch... kudos for showcasing the beauty that is Calabria, a region often overlooked by foreigners which means less of it ruined for the locals. Maybe it should stay that way. I had the most amazing experience in San Marco Argentato the other week. The people, the food, the wild rugged landscape... Giacamo's story was so southern Italian. Can't make this shi*t up! Great job going out to the source and making this video. Changing the game, one slice at a time! Big fan of what you guys do.

The Four Pepper Blend is preferred when you're looking for something with a higher heat level but still has a balanced flavor profile. The Calabrians are delicious, but the heat is very mild.
Yeah....every time we go to pay our employees, shipping, electricity, gas, insurance the price has gone up as well. Our margins have been cut in half, but we're doing our best to keep prices reasonable by operating lean. Hope you're enjoying the chile peppers and had a great Thanksgiving!
