Lol
AND WE HAVE THE LARGEST BALL OF TWINE, NOT KANSAS!!!!!!!!!
@@gracelapides6935 Yes! I actually looked it up and in Kansas the public can add twine to it. That's why Darwin changed it to "The biggest ball of twine made by one person"
I actually had to rewatch it bc I missed it ugg why! She could’ve said anything else
like there is the largest mall and plenty others and she just be like
Minnesota has 10,00 lakes
*BRUH*
Maryland ~ we are friendley people I THINK. Key word THINK
Texas also has this thing called Bucees. And if you ever went across the state on a road trip, you always-ALWAYS stopped at bucees. And recently a bucees was built in my hometown with the worlds longest carwash and my friend and I are trying to figure out how to get across the highway on our bikes to get to it by ourselves
The checkered cab originated in Kalamazoo, Michigan :)
Go blue
That is interesting, Mankind. GM et al wants you to do the driving for yourself. Checker Cab wants to do the driving for you. Why is Michigan so keen on driving? Or why don't other states play a bigger role in transportation? 🤷♂️🤷♀️
VA, a coastal state: Theres the beach, there's Virginia Beach. Bruh.
like... headass...
“tHe ReVeLuTiOn StArTeD iN mAsSaChUsEtTs” America definitely didn’t already know this. Why don’t you tell them something interesting like, “The chocolate chip cookie was invented in Whitman, Massachusetts,”?
Or "Volleyball was invented in Holyoke Massachusetts"
Ya I don’t know for sure but I’m pretty sure basketball was invented by a teacher in Massachusetts
Pennsylvania was also the first state to make slavery illegal.
Only because Vermont, where slavery was abolished in 1777, wasn't a state yet!
How is "there's the beach, Virginia beach" a 'weird fact' about virginia?
She was cut off.
Please replace the Georgian 🌚 “we’re the peach state” that’s like saying an interesting fact for Florida is “we’re the sunshine state because we always get sunshine”
An actual random Maryland fact: The sisterhood of the traveling pants was based in Bethesda, Maryland and the guy who came up with the idea for the original 90210 based it off of his own high school experience in Potomac, Maryland but they changed it to Beverly Hills cuz they thought no one would watch a show about Maryland, lol kinda tru tho
The wire people watched
If I was to live anywhere in the United States. It would be either Idaho or Wyoming. But please bring back the 70 countries!
@@Blue_Happiness Actually you're not sorry. I've seen you plenty of times spreading hate about it in the comments section.
Yes, they're not coming; but don't shove that fact in our faces.
@@Blue_Happiness Thanks for not arguing with me, appreciate it. I'll leave this situation to you now, you do you.
Ton of hate groups in Idaho and Wyoming only have 500000 people also smallest capital
idaho is getting better lol
I live in Wyoming and its pretty cool here! We just have insane weather. Yesterday it was near 80°F and today it was 32°F and snowing :)
I live in Illinois and I love ketchup on my hotdog!
Maddie Koester aye same! What part?
SAME
Maddie Koester Me too!
Same
But I think it has something to do with Chicago style hot dog which has no ketchup on it
Wow Georgia. Something we didn't know.
MintCat I actually wanted to learn something new about my state. Lmao
Another weird fact about Indiana is that there is a whole theme park called Holiday World where you can ride different holiday themed rides. The park is in Santa Claus, Indiana. They also have a water park connected to it called splashing safari which is just a lot of tropical themed rides.
Colorado has a giant blue, zombie, bronco statue that fell ontop of its creator and killed him. It's at the Denver airport and I call him bluecifer.
Also, a food fact:
The hamburger and the Jolly Rancher were both created in Colorado.
Rebecca Clarke yeah that blue stallion is a sight to behold on the way to the airport. A real wtf moment.
I just always called him the Dark Horse
i’ve literally never seen a peach farm here in georgia. i went to south carolina and saw like 4.
Cinthia Perez I’m a Georgian and there are many peach farms.
Brody Bush i mean whenever i go on road trips i never see them. i probably just don’t pass by them 🤷🏻♀️
They have some near Byron and fort valley
North Carolina....
I mean he could have at least said first in flight🤦🏼♀️
Mitch Mic Henry he is a terrible representation
Or croatoan or or Texas Pete was invented here, so was pepsi
Krispy Kreme was invented here too, and we had the first colony (Roanoke), first european child born in the americas...so many more interesting things than tall trees. Terrible representation.
Or that Roanoke colony just disappeared
who else knew the Hawaii fact because of the book Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon
“North Carolina has the tallest trees you’ll ever see”
Coast Redwoods in the PNW literally the tallest tree on earth* 😒😒😒
What they call mountains, we call hills. What they call trees, we call shrubbery.
He said PINE trees
*Pine tree
@@kmariep2425 Have you seen the pine trees in the pacific NW? Hehe
@@kmariep2425 Have you seen the pine trees in the pacific NW?
I live in GA (Atlanta) and have literally never seen a peach tree. I’ve seen cotton in South GA and know they also have peanuts down there. But peaches 🤷♀️
Coffee milk is the greatest drink on this planet. No question
So true I miss Rhode Island no other place seems to have it.
True. I forgot that the rest of the country has no clue about coffee milk.
I know this video was posted a while back but a few fun facts about Texas are:
- We have kolaches which are a czech pastry that either have fruit or meat and cheese in them and they are a very popular thing in Texas and as far as I know are really only a Texas thing
- There's a town in west texas called Marfa that has a phenomenon called the Marfa Lights which are these random lights that show up in the sky sometimes and no one knows what they are or why they happen
- There's another town in west texas called Lajitas who's mayor is Clay Henry III, a beer drinking goat
- This might be a thing in other states but there's a Texas pledge we have to say in school every morning just like the pledge of allegiance
Oh noooooo........kolaches are very popular up north. There are a lot of Slavic, Czech, Polish, etc people up there. I was born in Michigan and you can't go to any meal-type gathering without someone bringing kolache. I am glad they made their way to Texas for you all though. Cool fact about Mayor Goat though!

No one :
Justin Beiber : Yeah, That's what I am talking about.
Minnesota: “It is the land of 10,000 lakes.”
How is that a weird fact?
What about the biggest ball of twine that the guy took30 years to make
Frrrr
Me: I wonder what they're gonna say for Michigan.
Me: ( is always disappointed )
Same
Why would she say something so freaking obvious it’s supposed to be weird 💀
the nj one is 110% true
Better weird fact for New Jersey: “The Movie Friday the 13th was filmed in NJ” or “the highest point in Jersey is called High Point”
Superman was not born in Ohio, he was born on krypton. Duh
I think she meant that he was created as a character in Ohio, made in Cleveland.
The Texas dude could really have said “We have Whataburger” and he didn’t 😭😭 DISSAPOINTING.
Or that Texas was its own sovereign state!
Ikr!!!😭😢
I'd like to throw one out there for Alaska that may be weirder than being paid to live there (which is actually incredibly fascinating process to learn about), which is that after the Russians were forced out of Alaska, some of the Alaskan Natives continued to practice certain aspects of Orthodox Christianity whilst going back to their original practices and beliefs at the same time. The most notable being burial practices.
Ok but can we talk about how Alaska’s fact is actually low key surprising
Oklahoma’s state vegetable is the watermelon. Yes you read that right.
If you ever need someone else for oregon. I’m your guy
The whale thing only happen once and was regretted as soon as it was done!
Yeah boi
Welcome to Oregon. Leave your umbrellas at the border and get ready to blow stuff up!
same here
@@glassfall But it was definitely a weird thing that happened in Oregon. How many other states can say they blew up a whale with dynamite?
I knew about Truth of Consequensces NM, but never knew why. Interesting.

*👏Louisiana literally has the second largest bridge in the world and we have found sharks in Lake Pontchartrain👏*
Yess. Stop reading my mind.
The causeway still scares me to this day because of how long it is and the sharks
