Dude, I loved this AMV so much when I was like 15. It introduced me to Hollywood Undead and they became one of my favorite bands. I'm 26 now but I still remember this AMV very clearly and this is the first time I've checked back since then, so glad it's still up! It really affected me positively and left a memory that will last 😄💕

12 years later and this is still one of the best amv's on RUclips.
In the 4th year of my editing I made 4 AMV's. Today this video has got 4 Million views, 40.000+ likes, 400+ dislikes and I also hit 10.000 subs today (ok... it's 9.996 subs right now). Why? WHY?! You guys destroyed my streak with the 4's. You should stop at 4.000 or go way to 40.000 subs!!! You don't deserve a special because of this.
But seriously: Thank you for watching my AMV's and especially for all those nice comments over the 3,5+ years (and also for those little hate comments, which got always destroyed by you guys XD). I just hope, the messages/morals I wanted to get across with my AMV's came across to you.
I just started with this project, because I missed this kind of AMV's here on RUclips and honestly: I'm still misssing this style of AMV's here on RUclips... there are close to non existent... Someone with good editing skills: Just do it!

Silly man (I assume you're a guy, sorry if I'm wrong), these are clearly not just good editing skills; you are gifted. It doesn't matter that this was your first AMV, it's about how you think that makes you gifted.
This is an AMV as I want to see them, it's awesome. The connections you made between the music, the lyrics and all the different anime's and the meanings of the shots used, all of those and many more subtleties scream of a gifted mind.
Thank you for this AMV, it gives me hope that they're out there.

+A. proAkdag these kind of amv is the pinnacle of AMV making to me. When gregz, fede, loosecontroi used to make amv with god tier story telling. Now a days people just make troll style amv or something with way over the top editing that looks enjoyable at first but you totally forget about them in a while. On the other hand you will never forget an AMV like "Life is beautiful"

I was here in 2012 when this was released, and today, as I rewatch it, is still one of the best AMV
This is really amazing for being your first AMV. I love how you didn't bombard it with unnecessary flashy effects and instead focused on choosing the anime moments that sublimely portrayed the meaning of the lyrics. I can't count how many AMV's that have neglected going in-depth with the song and anime scene meanings over including 'cool' effects. You also went out of your way to include captions for both the anime/episode guide and the lyrics. Also, for those of you who are complaining about spoilers: Why are you even watching AMV's in the first place? Do you expect people to edit scenes with no real meaning just so that a few of you won't complain about spoilers? Get real.
Yep I agree on the cool effects part but some songs are so good they make up for the crappy amv at times its rare but happens from time to time.

About the spoilers: I don't give a damn about them. I'm not a real editor, I'm more just a fan of AMV's and I like this kind of AMV's the most. Flashy effects or a good song cannot replace powerful scene selection for me.
I edited this AMV for myself in the first place, so I can remind myself of these epic moments. Never thought so many of you would watch this. Thank you for that.
The thing I cannot understand is, why is a part of you complaining about spoilers and the other part asking about the animes I used?
A. proAkdag , there'e no need to exclude spoilers as amv's are meant to include every scene of anime that would make it better whether it's a spoiler or not.
And as for the amv this is the best mix amv i've seen so far .I listen to it 4-5 times a day, great work.

I've been watching AMVs since VHS was hot stuff. This is one of the most artistically poignant ones I've ever seen. The execution is remarkable and the clip choices are excellent. There is a point where fan work rivals the source material in importance. This crosses that line out of the gate.

I listened to this when I was right around 14, coming back 6 years later and it's still a really well thought song, edit , and animes put into this!
Episode 305 of Gintama aired today and after witnessing the events of that greatness, I really appreciate my Gintama AMV even more. Maybe it sounds arrogant, but I'm more then proud of that AMV. It's over 2,5 years old but now it is even more fitting to Sakata. Gintoki's character, definitely my favourite character of all time. I just hope that as many people as possible can witness the journey of Gintama and appreciate the qualities of this masterpiece.
Don't live in your past, face forward and enjoy the present while moving to the future to the fullest. If you live now, that means you Survived your past, Got Up even after your life beated you down pretty hard and now you Just have to Let Go of all the depressing times and face forward. Remember the past, learn your lessons, but don't live in it until you die.

Crazy how time flys by so fast, it's been 7 years since this was made and brings back memories both good ones and bad ones. The first 2 bands I started listening to Hollywood undead and Linkin Park.
Linkin Park got me threw some hard times and was sad to hear that Chester died after all he was a good guy and the world won't be the same with him.
This is Timeless. Same feelings, emotions, goosebumps even after 10+ years when I first saw it.

I was looking through an old playlist and a huge rush of nostalgia hit me when i saw this.I dont know if the person who made this is even still alive, but if you are: you've changed my life and shaped my childhood ever since i saw his when i was around 7/8, i dont know enough words to thank you.
