    This is great and all But companies need to follow Suit with the offroad capabilities of the Tern orox cargo. We can all agree tho that the tern orox could be made much cheaper I the $2000.00 range with a longer rack like the rad wagon 4. Also a bike like this that has 100 miles range should be capable of throttle only like the anokii A8 and similar Walkee long range bikes. I believe it only makes sense to sell folding 100 watt solar pannels with a efficient mppt charger included to keep charged while camping. Thiers over 1000 videos of people charging with pannels and mppt controller. If you haven't checked out the capabilites of the Tern Orox take the time to watch the videos off its offroad capabilities range and massive weight and storage capacities. I believe all ebike channels need to start speaking about this as it wouldn't take long to manifest the ultimate offroad all terrain adventure cargo bike for around $2000 - $3000 Every company needs to start making what the Tern Orax is capable of but better and cheaper! Also fat tires for beach sand is a must! Lets go!!!! 😊

    I wish this had front fork suspension like the aventon. I also wish the XP 3.0, had a 750 watt motor instead of a 500 w motor and dual battery capability. I've been leaning towards this one though.

    • @ManCaveMayhem
      @ManCaveMayhem  8 месяцев назад

      It definitely could use some suspension

      @@ManCaveMayhem it's been a bit since I watched this video. I wanted to get an xpedition dual battery in black, but they were not available. I ended up going with the AiPAS A6 cargo bike. It's basically the same thing as above, except one of the batteries is in the frame. It was also $100 cheaper. I haven't ridden it a ton, but it's been fun. Oh, and it has a front suspension.

      @@m3rdpwr that would be the only thing that I don’t like about that bike is the lack of suspension.

    This is one fun bike. It’s not a toy. It’s a serious bike that can carry a load and still has great acceleration. It’s not perfect.
    But is it ever fun. Get two batteries.

    Have had this bike for a couple months now. We have not gotten near the mileage they claim on the site. I know that mileage is impossible outside a lab and perfect conditions, but they are way over blown in our experience so far. Not sure how it has gone for others.

    • @ManCaveMayhem

      Never did any real world testing on it. I know most of the time we ride double and that tends to eat up the batteries faster. It’s been a fun bike !

    Too cool! Is it listed for off road only? When I built my 5 electric bikes, 750 watts was maximum legal on roads in the U.S. On my 1,000 watt bike, I tapped into motor and have a switch on handle bars for 750 or 1,000 watts. I would never use 1,000 on the road!😝

    I like this bike but it doesn't have a lot of options of some of the other bike company's standard. It does not have a key ignition to lock it. No phone holder, no horn, and the rear lights are just lights and are not braking lights. For a bike this expensive, the things I've listed should come standard.

    • @ManCaveMayhem
      @ManCaveMayhem  10 месяцев назад

      It actually did come with a free phone holder👍🏻 but you’re right the other options aren’t there

    Bike frame is ok in my book. Two packs water as far back as possible doesnt cause any frame wobble. But the motor noise, frame rattle noise, and pas settings are driving me crazy. None of these would add to the cost if they were done different. Motor has blue gear, maybe why its so loud? Im happy to finally get my rear bags from over a month ago, all the free accessories not till end of august.

      @@ManCaveMayhem After I changed the pas limit on 1 and 2 its much more enjoyable. It is growing on me. Rear bags help keep the motor noise down I've noticed to my ear when riding. I wish it came in another color than white but I know that's their moto. After you sort out all the rattles and upgrade a few parts its a pretty good bike.
