- Howdy Everyone! The day has finally arrived! The Lectric Xpedition bicycle is here! I finally got my dream bike. I'm going to show you all the accessories that I ordered along with the features of this awesome beast of a bike. Also share the great price I caught this bike at. I'll give you a few tips to add more cargo capacity and try a brief test run. Enjoy!
Spring for the cargo racks in lieu of the milk crates. You deserve it!
Good idea to fold down the panniers so the passenger can use the back seat without taking off the panniers. You probably don't need the milk crates if you bought a net with bungee cords to strap down anything big on top of the extended panniers.
I found the background music very distracting. I recommend either no music or something light in the background.
The “dividers” are intended to be slipped inside the end pockets of the panniers so they form a box, but I suppose they can also be used as dividers. It is a bother to remove them to fold the panniers flat, so I just leave my panniers expanded. Makes the bike wider even when they are empty but I have their large basket bolted sideways on the front rack, which makes my XPedition a widebody anyway. 😅
You fill all those bags and milk crates down….you’ll be way over weight limit, unless you weigh 100 lbs.😂 Great aftermarket sales. Have you weighed all that stuff. They won’t be able to use the hold bar with the milk crates in the way. And you have a back pack, LOL😂🚴🥰
The rear rack has a 300 lb limit, so I doubt he is going to exceed that limit.
19:10 The completed bike🤘
Nice bike but I don’t think I’d put cheap milk crates on it
Do you have a link for the straps?

Not a fat tire?
Good ideas!
Now to be a dick: fast isn’t 9 MPH. Both the PAS and the throttle feel ‘on and off’. If you hit either it feels like it goes max power for that level immediately. I’ve been using the throttle to get rolling and then start pedaling. In PAS 1 or 2.
When charging the batteries how many watts does it take?
Output is 54.6V . 2.0A
When I charge off a portable power station, it reports the charger pulls about 125-128W peak.
@chow-chihuang4903 thank you!
Do something with your voice to make it smoother, instead of “gonna read ….gonna charge…. Other wise pretty good review. Should have got you a seat extension with springs to go with your seat.. If that’s music gotta go!😵💫🚴🥰
You could have saved a lot of money and got a better bike if you bought it directly from the company that makes them for Lectric. They are called AiPAS Bikes.
When you include all the free accessories that come with the Lectric Xpedition, the AIPAS A6 ends up costing the same. The AIPAS is designed to use the Xpedition's accessories. The AIPAS A6 is a better bike (front suspension, quieter motor, brighter front light, back turn signal lights, break light, bell, more tread on tires, better balance in front with incorporated battery in frame), so it is recommended, but not for saving money, and I do worry about service and access to spare parts in the long run.
You just said it yourself! The AiPAS is a better bike and once again, it’s the same factory that builds ALL Lectric’s bikes AND accessories. Lectric is nothing more than a fast talkin marketing company, nothing is produce or manufactured by them. In the long run it’s always better to deal with the source directly. Lectric is selling you snow in the winter. 🤨
The true definition of a bolt on garbage wagon.....
