    OKKK looks like we getting a new baby, septa is giving birth to the XHE40s, get yall cameras ready, I heard Midvile getting the first 10 new orders of the XHE40s & the XHE60s are supposed to coming to Allegheny, Midvile, Southern & I hope Collowhill for the ( 21, 52 & 65 busss )
    The 2008-2011 buss fleet is retiring along with the nova articulate buses even tho they are 11 years old they still got another 8 years left in them but we getting all these new buses this year

      @@jcwnetwork5548 if you're talking about the MD30s, they don't count because those operate on contracted routes. They don't, and won't operate on non-contract transit lines.

      @@DashTransitI never understood why the MD30’s are the non diesel septa fleet. I mean they are diesel but I mean like why does nobody count them as diesel since they are small but loud like a tiger.

      They're not part of the "SEPTA" fleet. Yeah they have SEPTA Branding but they operate for Trenton-Philadelphia Coach (Germantown) and Krapf's Transit.

    The only beauty is the old Diesel D40FL. But the CNG power one is just an ugly stranger to me.

      That’s a hydrogen bus, not a CNG bus. The label says CH2, not CNG

      @@mtasubwaymartasubwayit is to him as he doesn’t see how cool and quiet it is. It has a big tank, which is a problem for some people especially with some bridges on some routes, but that’s because of stuff inside the tank to keep it full I guess.

      Why would they for a bus that's approaching 20 years old next year? Also that's up to New Flyer Industries' responsibility to do so. They ceased production on the D40LF since 2010.

      They're actually converting quite a few Xcelsior hybrids into battery electric during their overhaul process. The D40LFs are dead, unfortunately.

      As with most buses that are retired from active services. Maybe Septa will preserve the last diesel bus.
