Good evening Sir, would love a class on how to do the electrical and wiring. This is mind blowing and for a single father of 3 that prints to supplement my main job this would be phenomenal to make. Specially for here in Florida. Would truly appreciate if you can teach someone like me that has zero knowledge of any of those electronics how to do it.
this is really cool. I am always eyeballing those racks on marketplace and lamenting that they're juuust too small, but never thought to do what you've done. The drybox is really impressive too. I made a permorary one out of cardboard that is actually way nicer than it sounds. A permanent one and a LED exposure unit are on my list, but it's a long list.
Great instruction and creative design. Question: how do you prevent light leaks from coming in on the side of the drying cabinet where the exhaust fan is? - Katie
First off, thank you for your kind words. To answer your question, two things, the dryer vent that I’m using has flaps that come down when the fan is off along with the fact that that drying box is sitting in the darkest corner of my studio so the tiny bit of light that might get in when the fan is running is not gonna affect the screens at all. I’m confident that no UV light is getting in that box when the fan is running. Thanks for watching 👍
Thanks man love the box never heard of 5 second burns that's pretty cool to be honest haha can probably town down the LEDs if you want slower times!! Very inspiring the box is beautiful Hahaha.
Yeah, I take back what I said about getting the higher wattage lights. The Barina lights would have been fine. I’ve been playing around with different emulsions and have managed to get my exposure times in 7-10 second range. I’m getting use to it.
Im no expert but I wouldn’t think that humidity would be your culprit. Sounds to me like either your emulsion remover is no good or you’re leaving the remover on too long and it’s locking into the screen.

Hey right on, I'm glad you liked it. 👍
I want to thank you all for stopping by. Feel free to leave any comments or suggestions.

If my emulsion isn’t washing out all the way, could it be the humidity is too high in the garage?

Thank you. I’m sorry I typed it wrong. I meant my artwork isn’t washing out. Can humidity be an issue when drying the screen?
Sounds like over exposure to me.
Thank you!!
You overexposed it turn your time down on your exposure time
