Did you get Great Serpentskin form the Nidhogg's hunting mission? If you didnt give this item to Dantro's wife, the sidequest will give you a different reward. It says that golden amulet is missable, so your only option is to load an old save and try again, or go to pharos and get it from a chest.
I thought I had collected all the required amount but apparently I didn't because I only got the magick gloves. So frustrating.
I hate it when you have a loot section for junk in a game but some of them might useful...

My amulets are not working. I have two equipped on non party members. Everyone still only gain 1
Only applies to the characters wearing it, regardless of if they are in your party on in reserve
