Sure, I think these units would be better suited for investment purposes. I agree, when you see something every day, it becomes the norm. You can still charge a premium rental rate for those views though....
gotta admit, those prices are quite high, even with the view... could build a whole house with a pool near CHIANG MAI for that kinda money!
