I think it works well if you are vegetarian, my friend also had same problem and he is non vegetarian with me mine was cured and I only did this exercise for like 5 minutes and he tried 3 times a day and he cured in 2 days ,while I cured it in 1day I'm not promoting vegetarianism ,Its just experience and he was non vegetarian

Did not do nothing. I have chronic throat irritation from fibromyalgia. It's starts from the under the ear to under the jaw line. It cause dry chronic cough. Also pp ain in ear from muscles in the inner ear spasming. I have scar throat chakra . Maybe this why it will not help right away. I will try few times more on another day. After lay down for sleep . My throat got better, but this happens all the time. My sore throat came back during the day. I think it's connected to adrenal glands hyperactive. I got a chrystal on it . It's helping the same way.

First one is in the front and the fourth one is in the back of the neck muscle. I think whoever found these points thousands of years ago are genius. You may want to look into Traditional Chinese Medicine for more details.

You must be doing it right if you experience relief. You can do this as needed until the cause of the sore throat is gone.
