1. Gargle with tulsi & turmeric water.
2. Giloy stems -> boil in water
3. Lemon grass, ginger, pudina concoction
4. Garlic -> chew for 15 minutes with drops of honey in mouth
5. Sonth & honey. 1tsp honey + 1/4tsp sonth.
- after eating food, drink mouthful of warm water to flush out
- drink warm water every hour
- Sun (dhoop) / hot water bag on throat and keep it warm
- avoid spicy / fried / very hot food
- keep hydrating, otherwise burning sensations may occur

It was a really nice and useful video. I would like to add a few more remedies or herbs that may help reduce sore throat. One such herb is mulethi. Gargling with mulethi tea or just drinking it can help reduce the severity and frequency of sore throat. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-building properties.
