Half glass of water with
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
And mixed these all together.

What he said I 💯% correct because I'm 40 yrs having a quite big tonsils, we identified when i was a child itself, my doctor advised me not to opt for surgery, if tonsils is removed our immunity will be reduced he said. But till now I don't have any problem with my tonsils. While sleeping I will be snoring louder.
