Two problems with LLV:
1: you have to go through less desirable areas to get in and out of it.
2: All housing and recreation, no support for day to day living. Where are the schools, playgrounds, grocery stores, etc?
Go back to problem #1, you have to go to less desirable areas several minutes away to find them

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely not the right community for everyone. Lake Las Vegas is certainly further out when compared to other parts of the valley.
