I pray to god every night thanking for the gift of making it one more day. the Blessings of seeing my family every morning. The chance to make a difference with my hands. We only have a short time on this planet. What you choose to do with your time may echo in eternity. Have you lived a lie? have you told a Lie? I have not saved a life but i still have time. happy Easter.
We share this with our kids every year. This is the true meaning of the season and an crucial reminder for all of us to remember we are not islands...we are all connected...and nature is the thread weaving us all together.

Beautiful. Social media gets a ton of hate, and for the most part rightfully so. But this is truly how the village cares for islands such as myself. I keep going when my favorite musicians and voices feed me hope, just like this.

It was a surreal moment for me, finding out we shared a birthday... On my Golden Birthday (2000), I had gotten tickets for me and two friends to go see NIN on the Fragility Tour. As the time drew near for the opening act to take stage, out came Trent. He told us that the opening act, which was a new band to us three, was A Perfect Circle and that, much to our surprise and elation, was headed by Maynard!
But he really came out there to have us all wish Maynard a happy birthday! 😮🤯
So not only did we get to see our favorite band of NIN, but as a huge bonus we got to see APC with the legend MJK, _and_ I got to learn we shared a birthday! 🥹
What _an amazing_ golden birthday *that* turned out to be... 🥲
(oh and fun fact: as you can tell, I ramble on, hence my self appointed name... which was inspired by Maynard's lyric "Duke of Babel", from Puscifer's song _Bedlamite_ 😁)

This is actually one of my most favorite pieces of art ever.

Approximately 25 years ago I was able to see tool for the first time in concert in Chicago. Maynard on stage standing on a floor of monitors all producing images of clouds rushing by with Maynard standing in the middle singing in the middle of the sky. HANDS DOWN BEST SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN. You're tenacity in the creative process is legendary.

Taking care of these sweet ducks, touching base with the Earth and using his hands in profound ways only helps him to get in touch with his divine magic even more.
