Thank you so much, guys. I’m suffering from tinnitus since 5 years. Unfortunately I got a second bass sound (with pulsation 🤪) additionally to the crickets sound a couple of months ago. It’s a huge challenge. I’m so glad that I can afford a hearing aid with masking function. I can only pray that the sounds don’t increase anymore. Good luck to anyone who suffers from this nasty condition. I’m quite sure that one day they will find a solution, medication, for us.
Hearing aids helped alot, I use to hear a loud buzzing sound in my right ear. It would respond to any sound but since I got the hearing aids the buzzing is gone, I have regular tinnitus. Loud hissing sounds but it only happens when I don't have my aids on. Good luck.
Thank you. Have had higher frequency cricket like tinnitus for 12 years. over time, last couple of years especially, have a low frequency tone come in, used to be very transient but now both sounds present. Weirdly, about a month ago both sounds nearly disappeared for a day allowing me to enjoy my daily outside walk. The only correlation was that I was in a very calm unstressed state when the sounds diminished. Haven't had a repeat, but am trying to get stress level down, sleep, diet, mediation, exercise, sound therapy etc. Appreciate this channel.
Nice information. Initially got sinus infection from AIR CONDITIONING in the ceiling, dirty particles were breathed in whilst sitting at work. Frustrated year long wait at hospital. I have been seen by ENT DR & otolaryngologist. Had MRI SCAN & there is leaking fluid from ear into BRAIN. Referral to neurologist another waiting list. Told bilateral tinnitus non pulsatile right ear worse than left. Asymmetry on hearing test with bilateral LOSS IN HIGH FREQUENCIES. Prominent lateral and 3rd ventricles. HYDROCEPHALUS. Put on list for Hearing aids and sound therapy. Told NO CURE for sizzling, hissing, beeping tinnitus. No hope !

come on what? it's one of the things he said in a ten minute conversation. it wasn't everything. you keep focusing on the only thing you can't do yourself and never change.

Correct Max. I'm two and a half years into this torture. There is no help for this, and I'm sorry to say that no so called specialist or telephone consultation is going to help. The best/top ENT professor at the leading ENT hospital in London told me this, "There is no cure at the moment for any form of tinnitus. Should somebody find one, they will be an overnight billionaire."
Been following Treble Health for months & they have helped to keep me sane like glints a sunshine on cloudy days . This thing of sleep is so important & Im falling to sleep listining to you tube mindfullness vids & ending with a masker . This has helped with the tinnitus anxiety helping me come to ferms with tinnitus & helping me sleep again .
Great video! Very helpful! I am in stage 2 of habituation after one month of having tinnitus. I think what keeps me stuck here is being unable to keep my brain distracted from thinking about tinnitus, researching it, and checking in on it to see how it’s changed. What advice could you give someone who is about to move states and change jobs (which can be stressful) in order to not make their tinnitus worse?

While there's no specific diet that's universally known to cure tinnitus, maintaining a balanced and healthy diet can contribute to overall well-being, which may indirectly help manage tinnitus symptoms for some individuals. Including foods like potatoes and rice, which are generally considered healthy and low in potential triggers like caffeine and salt, can be a part of a tinnitus-friendly diet.

Is Steve a musician? And when he mentions CBD is he referring to the cannabis version or the therapy version?
CBD doesn't work on tinnitus, alot of research says it makes tinnitus worse.
He was referring to cannabidiol (CBD) gummies.
