Its las vegas most people on the road after 11pm have had some type of alcohol to drink before driving. They need more check points all throughout the Valley to make a difference
that and actually have real consequences that actually do something… like mandatory jail time, fines, suspension of license and vehicle registration etc etc.

Officers can do more OT so we don't have to have a fundraiser for these 2 officers family it shouldn't happen. They should be celebrating Christmas

the sentence is 2-20 years. If it was not a trooper probably 5 ish but the courts are going to make an example of him and probably go for 20 as this is open/shut case. Maybe a deal for 10-15.

No, they are just extending his preliminary hearing to 60 days from the minimum 15 days. He will remain in custody unless bonded out.
